My daughter loves these too. At night before bed, we read tgether as she plays with them a bit. I do really like how unisex they are as a product.

Thanks to a notification from Seibertron ToxicSmoke (better known as TFanPage101), we now know of a new listing on Amazon.ca called "Transformers Botbots Grand Opening Surprise." This listing prices the item at $39.99 CAD, roughly $30.54 USD. This would likely make it more bigger, and have more BotBots than previous packages (1 pack, 5 pack, and 8 pack). What if it's a playset that comes with an exclusive bot bot or something? It could be the mall entrance and then they could sell other parts of the mall later on and you could build it up. That would be cool ^w^. I love these little guys I hope they stick around for a while.

I love Transformers

I can't remember the last time I saw a Transformers commercial on TV, but my kids saw a commercial for these on Nickelodeon while visiting their grandparents sometime this past weekend. Now my daughter wants them, and both my kids asked why I never mentioned these...(do I have to explain ) . I really would prefer her not to waste her money on these, but then I remember - she is NOT a collector like I am, she will likely purchase only a couple, and then move on to something else. The obsessive need to *collect them all* is not what she is about, which is a good thing.

Doesnt look like any of these use the rub feature that some of Wave 2 are supposed to have. Some of these look great. Not really tried to collect wave 1 or just the ones that stand out to me, im too lazy for the blind bag thing or buy set A, B, 9, C+ to get a full set.

My only caution is to not let a perfect opportunity for some daddy-daughter time go by if she is intent on getting a few of them anyway. It may even spark some interest in your other TF's on her end.

I get it, they are simple, with alt modes that nobody really needs toys of, and pretty much don't match or scale with anything in your collection.

They also happen to be some of the most fun I've had recently when playing around with my collection because my youngest wants to spend time with me. She makes us both put on some deodorant (Nobeeoh is her favorite). We play around together for a bit, followed by more deodorant. Then she starts doing her own thing for a while and so do I, then more deodorant. Then we start playing together again, and she gives all my combiners an application of deodorant. You get the idea.
