I agree, probably one of the few Troop Builder sets that's worth buying more of. Although I'd end up selling off the extra SG Wreck-Gars for the sake of the collective

Longarm's gallery will be posted in the next day or two so that you can all see my sad attempt at painting a Transformer for the first time.

It didn't fit too well and made his "eyes" look strange. The fact that they were painted over didn't help, either. Here, it seems his visor (the clear molded piece) has been fixed for the BotCon release.
Interesting ... I hadn't noticed that. Kind of makes me want a fixed Generations Junkheap now.

I guess that's their way of making up for the tiny head on Counterpunch.

Yup, me too
The easiest way to notice, is the handlebars sticking out from behind his head. They are longer and different now

You're not being ungrateful. Those are legit questions or concerns.
I accidentally left the cannon in the custom class room when I left and didn't realize it until later that night. Haven't had a chance to contact Raven yet for a replacement. If I'm able to get an extra cannon, I'll be sure to update the pictures accordingly.
I would like to do some comparison pictures of that ... maybe in due time. Just trying to get these galleries posted. While Botcon ended for most people 15 or 16 days ago, I've still been working on BotCon stuff non-stop. I've got about 80 hours or so into these 15 galleries during the past 2 weeks. I just need to get them posted at this point. I really want to put BotCon 2012 to bed ... tired of working on BotCon stuff for the past 4 weeks or so (was working on the BotCon 2010 galleries before BotCon 2012).
I'd also like to do comparisons with the original versions of all of these toys (i.e. G1 Overlord, Metalhawk, e-Hobby Road Rage, "Diaclone" Ultra Magnus, Universe Treadshot, G1 Spinister, G1 Octopunch, and Action Master Kick-Off but I just didn't have time to do all of that).
I need to turn my focus back to current toys such as the Transformers Prime figures so that I can get their galleries posted in the next week or two.

Quite the Darkmount. That was a gimme, oh well.
Oh, in case you don't know what a gimme is:
In golf, a gimme is a shot that the other players agree can count automatically without actually being played.
When a player has only a very short putt left to play, other players may grant a gimme (i.e. one stroke is counted), but the ball is not actually played. A gimme is a time-saving convention under the tacit assumption that the putt would not have been missed—e.g. when the ball is only a few inches from the hole.

It's a resin Shockwave style cannon that has a ball joint on the end. You had to paint it.

- Kick-Over, tired of the Action Master scene he "kicked" the Nucleon habit and regained his ability to transform. A repaint/remold of the RtS Special Ops Jazz mold with a brand new head sculpt.
- Spinister joins the Classic universe in the form of a HFTD Tomahawk featuring the Takara exclusive DOTM Vortex head mold.
- Shattered Glass Optimus Prime has lost a little weight since he debuted in the 2008 BotCon boxset. He now utilizes the RtS G2 Optimus Prime mold.
- Octopunch may be a Shattered Glass figure but he retains enough of his G1 Pretender shell's color scheme to sneak onto your Classics shelf. This guy is a repaint of HFTD Seaspray.
As usual the full high quality galleries can be found at the links below.

Shattered Glass Prime didn't really do it for me in the Voyager mold, which I like much better, so this one is just a waste to me. And Ducktopunch is, like Spinister, nowhere near close enough to the character I'd want to get, looks quite nice though.

Oh CHMS where art thou?
Hasbro would definately be winning with this as a mass release, they couldn't get it wrong (unless they failed to add the blaster on his left arm)!
For all us Shockwave lovers heres one of my fave versions, Alternator Shockwave (Shockblast)!

Actually, looking at the breathing mask, the Sea Spray mold has me wondering. With a few new parts to make the alt mode a starship instead of a hovercraft, could this figure be used for Omega Surpreme?

Not for nothing but this figure sucks as shockwave. And people are charging $1000 for it that's nuts I hope no one is paying that price and it's not so much the body of the figure it's the head and the blaster just looks cheap

That's because those pieces are cheap. They're cast from resin and aren't from hasbro

Hmm, it would be entirely doable to make him G1 Omega's tank chunk, but I don't know if you could pull off a starship...
Unless of course you mean TFA Omega Supreme, in which case Voyager Seapsray is a dead ringer for it.

Myself I still don't understand why people want this Shockwave, through Hasbro means of otherwise, I mean, we're getting a perfectly good Shockwave a few months from now, one that looks all Shockwave and not just the head and arm cannon, so why's there still this need for a wider release of this one?

I'll answer this because that shockwave is part of the foc game and they want a shockwave based on a classis design even know that the foc one would work because he never had an earth mode

I'm with you there. It looks really nice, and the Jazz toy is a great base for a lot of different characters, but the Shockwave we are getting appears to be a superior representation of the character. I'd rather see Kick-Off get mass released.

How does it being made by ford make it gay? Ford has some insane cars, like the fordGT. I picked the Jag since its signature colour for that car is a very Shockwave looking purple. Large and fast as hell, as well as sort of all but forgotten, sort of in the background, like Shockwave. The Mclaren would have to be for something much more vicious and attention grabbing, like the Fallen, since the car sounds like its from hell.

Lol why so serious the ford gt and maybe the mustang would be the only fords I would buy because the rest are crap. And I do agree with u he shouldn't be an rx-7 not because it's undered powered because it's not 255hp for a 1.3l engine is impressive it's just a girls sports car. And a jaguar is for and older British guy like Austin powers maybe and Austin Martian would have fit better. And a mclaren does not look like its from hell at all those cars a good old fashion real American muscle that scare the crao out of you when the engine roars. A mclaren is a cockpit seater meaning you sit in the center of the car like someing you fly like a jet or spaceship it's fast it's sleek a beast from hell makes noise rips sh#t up fire out the exhaust just a monster like chevell SS or something that would do a wheelie when it took off. Mclaren has precision cuts like a laser and sticks to the road around corners little to much huh lol

I'm not serious. don't worry.
The xj220 is so not for old guys, come on man, haha. Thing was made to compete with porsches n shiet. Ya, the mclaren is quite precision but it comes off as this demon car coz its just so loud and ruthless, haha. This conversation is so nerdy.
Fair enough though, I could see the fallen as an old Charger or something angry like that. But we all know the fallen should really be a tank and thats it.

Like Kre-O but instead of brick figures you put together a real one. I'd find it fun, anyway.
But Hasbro probably would be stopped by their lawyers lest some fool order one for a 3 year old who then promptly chokes to death on the parts.

I'm a lover of Shockwave-iness, so either-or will do me fine. FOC Shockwave is really amazing, and so is this representation, so for me, I could get away with both if I want a Classics Shockwave (and I do want one). DOTM Shockwave, however, just doesn't work as Classics Shockwave.
