Thanks to the eHobby website, we have some new images to share with you today of the Transformers War for Cybertron Siege Reflector and Caliburst!

Up first, we have some shots of the Reflector prototype figure, which gives us the chance to check out the figure from multiple angles. We get a nice look at the clear plastic chestpiece Reflector will come with, and we also get a shot of the back, showing some hollow forearms and lower legs that are somewhat covered up by the landing gear for the individual hover jet mode. We also get a shot of him holding Caliburst. We sadly don't get a picture of the camera mode you get by buying three Reflector figures and combining them together.

Speaking of which, Caliburst comes onto the scene as a repaint of the Wave 1 Blowpipe, featuring a new and pretty cool blast effect. We also get a shot of the newly released Starscream figure wielding him as well.

Check out the images below, and let us know what you think of the pair in the comments section below!

SG-27 Caliburst and SG-28 Decepticon Reflector...

Wait a minute... Not "Refraktor"?

Yeah, I first noticed in the preorders, his name is Reflector

I guess Takara doesn't have the same Trademark issues with the name that Hasbro might have.

... despite having the "Decepticon" prefix. Quite funny how one area doesn't need while the other doesn't.

As I just wrote above, its still unclear for Hasbro themselves: https://www.entertainmentearth.com/prod ... e/hse3432c

Come on now give us Drift from Springer!

As usual, I don't mind the hollow limbs. The accessories are pretty large here and so probably needed the mass.

I'm torn on Barricade.
I like the idea of character geting recognition and being adapted on other versions, but he looks like he could have more detail.

These G1 inspired line keep absorving details from other parts o the frachise,so much so that I personally think being G1 inspired isn't that much of descriptive term for design.

This is a great idea to bring more movie inspired parts to the toyline!

But in Drift's case, its bringing IDW verse to an old school G1 setting, not movie inspired. Eslecially since it reflects the decepticon aspect which is not a big part of the movie character.

Retro G1 Deadlock model sheet. There's an AoE and regular Drift deco version too :-D

I'm calling it now: Hasbro has a Deadlock head built into Springer. Whether or not it'll see use, who knows?

Imagine the 2nd line would be beast wars but based from their cybertronian forms (IDW) (Still waiting for Apeface.) :michaelbay:

More Walmart sadness! I stopped by one I checked yesterday again tonight just to make sure that the Transformers figures weren't in a different section, as they were in a different Walmart I visited last week. Sure enough, it was still just that lonely Studio Series Dropkick and nothing else. I tried another Walmart after that, and all they had was one SIEGE Megatron and three G1 Optimus Primes. I guess that's an improvement? I asked the guy stocking the toy aisles what was going on with the lack of Transformers figures. I pointed out that this was the third Walmart in the area with next to nothing in stock for any Transformers figures. He thought maybe they were all cleared out for "a new line" coming out. I tried to explain to him that the new lines had already come out a few months ago and that they are way behind on the latest stuff. This seemed to be beyond his understanding. Target is practically the only game in town now for collectors.

I'd be surprised if there will be Micromaster Combiners, that will be fun for both :CON: and :BOT: :SG-CONS: :SG-BOTS:

Does Hasbro already have a release date for Reflector?

If not, I'm thinking to go ahead and pre-order three from Takara. But those won't be out till August.

I don't think that's what you meant to say, but yes, I will be surprised if they do Micromaster combiners. Hasbro has never showed much interest in them before aside from some late exclusives and I'm not at all convinced that they actually care about the Micromasters they're doing now. Half-teams and half-assed weapon modes aren't exactly filling me with confidence that they'll ever do more than the minimum to fill the Legends price point.

That's also for three Red Alerts and two Brunts though. I haven't seen any other pre-orders for the Hasbro release.

I wonder if Takara will announce an MP Reflector not long after I get this. Mind you, it could be relatively soon, with the S1 Decepticon cast nearly complete, special teams aside.

Anyone else think that they have a little too much greeble? I have yet to receive any SIEGE figures so maybe it looks less noticeable in-hand. Nice of them to spare him of the war paint though.

The greebling is fine on all the toys I have so far. But the worst offender was Chromia and she hasnt come out yet (nor will I own her).

And I get what you mean now about the preorders. There is this thing where Walmart has to have a head start on deluxes, and so Habro preorders for anything before their big toy fair initiative usually ends up close to release date.

Also with this wave having 3 reflectors per case I just dont know how collectables retailers will be doing their preorders.

While your local Walmart's Transformers section might look like a ghost town (unlike my awesome one), it may also now harbour some new toys. The wave 2 Transformers Siege deluxes have been found there. This wave includes Ironhide, Sixgun, Chromia and Prowl. They each come two per case. This particular sighting comes from a Walmart in Columbia, Missouri, and was reported by MelodiousGiant04 on the TFW boards.

Let us know if you will be picking up the whole wave or just a few and when you do get the toys, let us know what you think of them. If you have found them, share your sightings with our community in the sightings section and on our boards in your region related thread.

While the wave 2 voyager bots were also found recently, we still have yet to see the leader, Battle Master and Micro Master class at retail, so if you find them, let us know.

Crap baskets...-I’m flying out for my vacation in 6 house and this is almost tempting to go check out a couple. I found soundwave and starscream this week and I know Wednesday’s are days when new figures are seen
