I almost picked Fixit as a stand in for a IDW More than Meets the Eye Rung. He would need legs though.... and hands..... and glasses.

He has. That's why there's only one of him in this case, and more of the newer ones. The news relates to the 2 new serial numbers, not fixit.

This converting BUMBLBEE blaster changes to a battle-ready vehicle in one quick step. Roll out in vehicle mode, or convert to blaster mode and take the fight to the DECEPTICONS — you can launch missiles in both modes.

Surprised it's not a nerf type gun

At that age he should already have a bb gun...
Oh my bad, that was the 80s. Today's parents treat 10 year old boys like 5 year old girls. I could never be a parent in today's society. For sure I would go to jail for letting my kid be cool.

Nowadays, in the USA, it's a freaking DEATH SENTENCE to let your kid play outside with a toy gun that just barely look realistic. Especially if the kid behaves like a normal kid, AKA like an idiot. And if your kid is black.

The "Nerf" style Transformers guns were huge and much cooler. This is just a handgun sized toy that shoots traditional Transformers missiles. Probably a voyager or ultra sized vehicle mode.

If it transformed into robot AND car AND the gun...I would have bought one for myself.
ARM-Laserbeak is still better than this.

Now Bumblebee represents shooting other people what a great role model!

Guess I'm gonna have to fork over energon cubes for the Titan hero versions, or just scan them in at the store so I don't have to buy those horrible things!
Or, and this might be crazy, go without? I'm sure the game works fine. Personally I had a very bad experience with a mobile game so I stay away from those things with a 10 foot pole.

Ditto. These suckers showed up about two weeks ago at my Wal-Mart. Besides, no knock-offs, not interested. Anybody miss the days when a shoddy Devastator KO came out at Easter or Christmas?
Posted by Bumblevivisector on April 5th, 2015 @ 12:43pm CDT
Agreed. Pre-wrapped Easter baskets are traditionally supposed to be for TF knock-offs, which offer way more play value than these frisbees and yo-yos. Primus, how I wish I'd gotten the Transmetal Primal and Megs basket years ago, before the crackdowns.Emerje wrote:You'd think they'd include a cheap fast food level figure in these instead of all generic stuff with images on them, being based on toy licenses and all. I've seen a few newly KOed faces in baskets this year though, mostly in CVS and Dollar General (I think). The Hardtop and Superion-Maximus A-10 mold in one Unicron Trilogy themed basket, and a Bayniverse legend Ratchet in another. Nothing really worth bothering with though, not like 10 years ago with all them gestalt teams. And now the CW toys are too big to fit a whole team in a basket even if they were shrunk a bit, so that won't be happening with them, and Hasbro reaps another minor benefit of finally giving us combiners the size they should've grown to long ago!

I know what you mean. I miss the ones that had generic Dinobots or Beast Wars figures in them. About 10 years ago I got a basket from Kmart with a very large KO Sky Garry in it. I haven't seen anything nearly as cool as that since.

You're able to do that?
All you need is a decent picture of the 'code ring' , from a Seibertron.com galley for example, on a second device or computer screen and it will still scan to unlock in the game. Yeah it's "cheating" but having to re-scan the 'code ring' again when the character 'goes back to Cybertron' after about a day is stupid.

Anything with a standard 3mm peg should work.

This is a great question. Hasbro confirmed there would be others. I suspect Fracture and Thunderhoof to get the Warrior treatment and maybe Clampdown too.

Hammerstrike will probably be 'too hard' for them to do properly. Chop Shop probably won't be any sort of combiner, but hopefully would still look cool. Quillfire hopefully would come with a few handheld quill weapons. Definitely want to see one of Filch, they probably could remold a Laserbeak for Filch.
