His spirit was unbreakable and his friendly humor was invaluable during the first dark days of the war.

TRANSFORMERS® Generations Deluxe Class: CYBERTRONIAN OPTIMUS PRIME™

When he first became leader of the AUTOBOTS®, OPTIMUS PRIME® was not certain he wanted the responsibility. The war with the DECEPTICONS® was going badly, and it looked like there was no end in sight. He vowed to himself and to the warriors under his command that he would never surrender, never retreat, and never stop fighting until the DECEPTICONS were defeated.

Race into action with this fearsome CYBERTRONIAN OPTIMUS PRIME figure! In robot mode with his “rifle” that converts to a blaster accessory, this fighter is as tough as they come. TRANSFORMERS® Generations Deluxe Class: THRUST®

THRUST was great to have around during the early days of the war, when the DECEPTICONS® won victory after victory. His thundering engines and shouted threats terrified the few AUTOBOTS® that stood against them. It wasn’t until later, when the AUTOBOTS got organized enough to put up a real fight, that THRUST began screaming like an alpha unit and fleeing at the first sign of danger.

Race into action with this fearsome THRUST figure! In robot mode with his twin “cannons” and two firing missile accessories, this fighter is as tough as they come. When it’s time to chase down his enemies, convert him to fighter jet vehicle mode so he can “tear up the skies” in hot pursuit!

Is it me or if he were repainted blue with a different head sculpt that WOC BB could pass for Kup especially in his bot mode.
I like Huffer too.

All very cool figures. I can't remember any videos where they showed it, but hopefully WoC OP can move his wheel "wings" to his back to be more game accurate. Thrust is looking really good, and so is Bumblebee. Drift looks like my favourite of the lot as his design looks great in figure form. All of the 2-pack PCCs look really good, though I'm not too fond of the Aerialbots vs Bombshock and his team as well as the other team leaders. Either way though, he still looks alright and I'll probably get him when his price goes down a little.

As for the others...mmmyep, I'm gettin' them.

Still better than the Cybertron Red Alert mold that was used for BotCon 2009. I really liked the head sculpt for that figure, but the mold doesn't work for Kup IMO. Very mediocre alt-mode. So what I'm trying to say is this: I wouldn't mind WoC BB being repainted into Kup.

Ooooh, I want Drift( or Blurr), thrust, and bumblebee. Btw, isn't bee's gun the role play weapon for movie bumblebee in 2007? :CON: =P~

I think Im going to need thrust and Skyburst, as I've got quite a few Thrusts (G1, Henkei, Worlds Smallest, ROTF.) so I can line them all up on a shelf and it can be a sexual innuendo.

Ill have a shelf that goes " Thrust, Thrust, Thrust, Thrust, Thrust, Skyburst."

Which just sounds dirty.

It never sunk in that Huffer's Minicon is Caliburst before. Wait, now I get it: Searchlight gave his Minicon that humiliating name just so he could aim him at Slugslinger and shout, "Backwind, ATTACK!", causing Slugslinger to double over laughing long enough for Huffer to steal his targetmaster! Brilliant! Way to take one for the team, green guy!

Or maybe it's pronounced with a long 'i' sound, implying he used to be a cassette like Rewind. Either way, I still say the most unfortunate TF name of all time is the individual G2 color-changer named Gobots. I always imagined everyone who met him asking, "So...is there more than one of you in there?"

I'm probably with the majority here in declaring the whole generations line bought on sight, and the PCCers in the maybe-when-I-find-a-good-deal-on-them category.

Oh yeah, I guess. I always thought he bore an uncanny resemblance to the repaint of Override/Nitro Convoy from the end of Cybertron; so much so that I assumed Drift was female in All Hail Megatron until seeing him called a "he" in his spotlight.

Then again, I always thought that pre-BW Botcon set could've repainted Override into Cheetor without a new head sculpt, so, yeah, maybe they should retool this mold into more than just Blurr!

Sorry 'bout the double post.

Interesting that the difficulty levels might actually reflect the figures somewhat accurately now instead of a generic assignment based on class.

In the two video reviews of him that I've seen you are able to move the wheel sections to the back. It must have just been a packaging issue to have him displayed like that. Though I think it's weird that he's not transformed properly in the out-of-package shots.

Love the heads of the generations and the cybertronian molds. But why doesn't hasbro put more into it like takara excluding regulations parts. ??? I'd like to see a little click swivel at the knees so these guys can start standing ground differently. litterally. I'll definitely pass on the combiners... scout class with legends class looking stuff. I hate them ... sorry so cheap ....the transforming can be fun but most of those guys are ugly. Don't get me wrong Scapel, depthcharge, ransack are cool little dudes but not out of "vechicle" form. except the toaster ;) i'm actually a little bummed seeing theses. i'll just wait for seaspray , leader starscream (even though takara will make one 5 times cooler i'm sure) and the other animated like rodimus.

I'll get some of the generations.

I think the Thrust positioning is more to show that it is different than the Botcon version than anything else.

Yup.

Seibertron: Are you guys looking into moving away from using so many twist ties?
Hasbro: We are looking to move away from them and moving towards smaller packaging which is more biodegradable. In the future you’ll see smaller packages with Tam, which is easier to cut and biodegradable.
