First up is Solar Storm Grappel, who brings the original G1 Autobot cast one step closer to completion in the Classics Universe. Solar Storm Grappel is an homage of 1985's G1 Grapple, and like G1 Grapple was a repaint/remold of G1 Inferno likewise is Solar Storm Grappel a repaint/remold of Universe/Classics 2.0 Inferno. Grappel features a new bright yellow deco, a new head mold, a boom crane in place of Inferno's water cannon, and a few other nice little touches to set him apart. Next up is Lugnut, a relative newcomer to the Decepticon ranks. Lugnut made his debut in Transformers Animated as Megatron's most loyal soilder. This version of Lugnut retains Animated's bomber style aircraft alt mode and cycloptic head mold, but in a more traditional Transformer aesthetic. Last but certainly not least is Deep Dive. The only other figure to carry a similar name is the Cybertron mini-con, but if it's the same character he's definitely been hitting the gym. Deep Dive is a direct repaint of Hunt for the Decepticons Sea Spray sporting a new green and black deco. Take a look at his full gallery HERE!

He looks exactly like Grapple, so it may be him under a different name, before it was decided to postpone Grapple's release by a year. Such errors and oversights are common in G1.

Now only if the stores would have these guys.

The Classicverse already has megatron and Starscream but I'm dying for a Blitzwing.
And yeah, I see a Hauler repaint from Grappel coming, even if it winds up being a Botcon exclusive.

Nope, there was no Deep Dive at all in G1. You're probably thinking of Waverider aka Diver in Japan.

The other two are just freaking amazing though.

Grapple is pretty awesome, but still need to see good, CLEAR pics of RTS and United versions side-by-side to determine which one if not both will be on my shelf.
Lugnut at first, I didn't really care for this figure or the character in general and Hasbro line jumping this character and adding some type of G1 aesthetics didn't sit well with me either, but this guy has grown on me and really like him alot, but only the United version, not Hasbro.
Deep Dive one word PASS!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really interested in Deep Dive since he's a straight repaint, but Grapple and Luggy are definately on the buy list.

grapple i bought for completeness and sentimentality's sake. well before i was into tf's as a kid, my big passion was cranes. when i grew a little older and into tf's i didn't forget my crane obsession - grapple was a must have and was i guess the tf i pestered my mum the most to get. Now i own my original grapple, a reissue and this rts version.
To be honest though, i am not a huge fan of the original inferno mould.. it's good but not very exciting. I appreciate the mould changes such as the head and the arms but if i found inferno lacking, i find grapple more so. Maybe he needed some sort of welder/weapon to place over one of his hands like the g1 originals. Also, my grapple's arms come off even more easily than inferno's.
Lugnut... bought him just cos i fell in love with it even though it's not a g1 character. I like the transport gunship jet mode and the robot mode too.The transformation is fun and at the right complexity level. Perhaps he needed some sort of detachable accessory. I feel compelled to buy a legends class figure in order for him to play with something. And the missile launcher is a stretch.. it should've been detachable though i like how you can pretend it's a refueling pylon in plane mode.
Now bring on hoist / trailbreaker, broadside, sandstorm and blitzwing.

You are preachin to the choir buddy boy. I have several dozen each of Wave 1 RtS deluxes at my Kohls, and that's all we have seen in the area.
