Oh yes. I think I'll be getting three, one for the original, one to paint into my custom Multiplayer character, and one to join the ranks of a teal Decepticon multiplayer team. Stockade wrote:This Megatron just looks sooo damn good!!!
I'll say it right now, best Megatron since Energon

Great figure-wish he was taller but I guess we can't have it all, at least with Megatron.
Wish Hasbro would give us a movie Megatron to get this excited about.

I didn't really like this figure much from the pictures we'd seen online. He was OK, but nothing special. Then once I saw him in package, I knew he would be awesome. Once I had him in hand, I absolutely loved the toy. Incredible figure! Leaps and bounds better than Cybertronian Optimus Prime and Bumblebee in my opinion.

I love the look of this Megatron!
I am especially happy that they included the giant Decepticon symbol on his back (similar to the Autobot symbol on Generations Prime's back).
Man I can't wait to own this!

Such an own. Every single WFC figure will be mine. Already have OP and BB. Love the form, the transformations, the face sculpts. One thing I've noticed and wonder if anyone else has: the WFC figures seem to resonate at a different pitch than most. When transforming OP especially, the figure seems to 'sing' at a higher pitch. Almost as though his plastic is different.
Anyone else noticed this?

I don't know. The reason WFC Prime is so good and so fun not just because of his transformation and good robot mode but also his abilities to carry varieties of weapons to imitate him in the game. Megatron looks good but I don't think his open palm can carry anything and his arm is pretty much fusion cannon only. I think I will think about it.

Definite buy. I'm still a little bothered that he's not actually silver, but at least he's grey instead of white, I think these are the first pictures that made him look really good. I wonder if Takara will eventually make him silver....

Seems a personal thing. I like WfC Prime because he has a detailed transformation with little kibble in one mode and no kibble in the other, and the high level of game-accurate sculpted detail. I love him because some simple home painting makes him look absolutely game-accurate, and he's one of the most poseable TFs I've ever played with. He doesn't have a place on my shelves; he has a place on my desk where I can just admire the work put into him as I find new, awesome poses to put him in. As long as he can carry his own gun, I don't care much if he can wield others.
As for Megatron, the more I see him and hear about him, the more convinced I am that with a good coat of paint, he'll be even better.

Definite must have for me. I just picked up Drift, WFC Prime and WFC BB at Target last night, and Megatron and Soundwave are next on my Generations checklist.
I also might pick up several of him, like others also intend to do. I may do a head swap on one to make a generic Decepticon soldier.
I've got my fingers crossed we get more than the four announced WFC figures. I'd love to see Warpath, Sideswipe, Jetfire, and the Seekers done as their WFC counterparts.

I really like that D-con symbol on his back, much like Optimus and the Autobot symbol
May get him and Optimus both if I see them
