Theories aside, I love the head design. It's like the "07 Movie G1 Seeker" head mixed with Kold War Scorpion.

why did they make a character who looks dang-near spot-on to g1 starscream, then call him blitzwing? it's not like starscream had a consistent design over the last 10 years, with the movie, prime, RID, and hte cybertron games. why the change?

Shatter is rumored to be the lead Decepticon of this movie.Short Circuit wrote:So I guess blitzwing is relegated to a seeker and his design matches, and since dropkick and shatter are triple changers, maybe he's their triple changing leader?

This new statue features movie Bumblebee in all his VW goodness, and includes his new rounder and more cuddly shape. The statue also comes with his newly redesigned arm blaster, and features a stand made out of what appears to be simulated broken concrete, broken pillars, a spare tire, and underneath, a nice metal stand with an Autobot symbol on it. Of note here is that this statue uses the door wings that the movie character himself does not have, though this is has been a consistent design in almost all of his toys in this form, so there's no real surprise there.
Check out the image of the new Prime 1 statue below, and let us know what you think of this guy in the comments section below!

I think we saw the wings retract a little when he was trying to get through the door to the house, but I might have been seeing that wrong.

Have you bitten or is it more than you can chew? Share your thoughts right here on Seibertron's own Energon Pub!

And it's further proof that only high-end non-transforming figures can truly give the movie designs justice.

MPM Bumblebee and Barricade strongly disagree with you

But they are wrong. Because only TRUE 100% accuracy for the bot mode can only be achieved with a statue / figure.
