New G1 styled Transformers designs can be found everywhere now. We saw them in the
busybook, on the
go karts, in
cruise ads and we even saw our
fist glimpse at the packaging of the toys we will be getting based on these designs. Now, thanks to
Smitty.1981, a user on TFW2005, we have a better look at these designs, especially Starscream. You will see him along with Optimus, Soundwave, Bumblebee and Megatron below. These designs are all assumed to be based on the upcoming Transfomrers Cyberverse show which is set to be a G1 redux. For those wondering, the Radz 4-In-1 Transformers Candy includes candy, 5 sets of stickers (which can be found below), a poster (Megatron in this case) and a Keytag.

Despite what people were saying about more G1, I'm really liking these designs. They feel like G1 + Aligned + IDW

Man these designs are plainer then stale, unsalted potato chips, only Bee is slightly original and even then it's just another G1-fied movie Bee which I don't mind since I don't particularly like the old Beetle and it's kinda out of style these days.
But there is a problem when Bumblebee is the most "interesting" looking out of these 5 and well maybe besides Megatron (Who has always suffered from Generic looking grey guy syndrome) the others in the past have had really interesting designs.
I'm only hoping for two things from this show, 1: A good engaging story that is neither too dark and dull like Prime but something just slightly more tense then Rid but if I had to choose either extreme I would go with Rid's style since Prime bored me to death. and 2: Original characters or revamps of them if there is one thing Rid does right it's making new characters or concepts of them that are interesting such as Strongarm and the many Decepticons on the show such as Steeljaw.
(My particular faves are Starscream's bounty hunters and Blastwave although while they were not particularly deep characters I wanted to see more of them and learn more about them, like seriously Blastwave is another mute like Bee who communicates in sign language and is an Autobot bounty hunter like how many characters like that do we get compared to bland yes men Autobots?)

I can already see how the kibble of the tank mode is gonna affect Megs' toy -- you can see tank tread thingies hanging off the back of his shoulders. Not sure if I like that or not.
Either way, much as I dislike how everything has to be G1 these days for some reason... these are awesome.

I'm really hoping that this new show brings in mkre references to TF beyond G1, the films, and IDW because these designs of these 5 really aren't winning me over. I'd love to see a bit more of a stylized flair going on with them beyond a slightly less squarish tweak on pre-existing characters. Hopefully, we'd get more umcommon bots like RID Scourge, Armada Demolishor, and Animated Prowl.

I don't really see the "new" part.

I'd love that too, but that's what Aligned was supposed to be -- at least in the beginning. Predominantly G1 and Live-Action based - because those are the two most prominent properties in Transformers by far - but bringing its own unique flair and new ideas while taking characters, elements and ideas from all over the franchise.
This, on the other hand, is stated to basically be a re-do of G1. I won't be surprised to see ideas and characters pop up from other corners of the franchise from time to time, but as is clearly evident here; it's all G1 all the way and any reference to other properties look to be far and few between.
For what it is it's looking pretty great so far; but what it is isn't necessarily a fantastic direction for the franchise right now I feel. I think if they rejigged the Aligned universe and done the original concept with it right this time they could have something brilliant.

It seems the evergreen designs keep popping up whenever a new holiday comes along. We saw them recently on
Valtentine's Day products and now that Easter is coming, these designs are cropping back up on new products. In the Easter Egg hunt section of Canadian Walmarts, you can find a sticker pack featuring these designs by Emiliano Santalucia. The pack of twenty sticker boxes costs $3.48 CAD and each sticker box comes with five stickers. Now we know that these products are not themed in conjunction with the upcoming Cyberverse show but that rather these are simply general G1 designs for brand awareness (and G1 design awareness). These evergreen designs are, however, also the basis for the designs found in the upcoming Cyberverse show, though slightly exaggerated.

Sticker treats do kinda make me wonder if they contain sweets or just stickers.

so when they say "These evergreen designs are, however, also the basis for the designs found in the upcoming Cyberverse show, though slightly exaggerated" what do they mean?

I mean exactly what it says.
Here are the evergreen designs:
And here are the cyberverse designs, which are based on what you see above but with exagerated proportions
