Yes! This is exactly how you do that! Blowing the manhole cover is absolutely essential to the whole operation! Psst... just uh... need a small reminder on how that exactly works, thanks.

Rolling to the scene of the rescue! Yes! Whenever there is a rescue, rolling barrels provide the needed help to get the job done! It doesn't even matter what type of rescue (water, fire, storm, etc.), having barrels to roll will always prove to be a necessary part of ANY rescue. That trailer wasn't carrying waste materials, right?

having fun is the most important thing. Hazard and danger are the least of our concern.

But, but that contradicts everything I learned from G.I.Joe PSAs. My childhood was a lie!

In other Rescue Bots Academy news we have a new Optimus with Trailer. And this trailer has a launch feature where you can place a flip racer upright (in robot mode) and then launch them in vehicle mode. This is the first time we were made aware of the product, thanks to a listing on Entertainment Earth. The toy is priced at $20.99 and is set for release in Janruary.

They're all redecos. Whirl of VTOL jet Bumblebee (her Megabots size figure is effectively an upsized version of Rescan helicopter Blades), Wedge of Salvage (Wedge's first toy was a redeco of Arctic Boulder), Hot Shot of Rock Rescue (ATV) Bumblebee (his first toy was effectively an upsized version of the same Bumblebee, while his second figure was a remold of VTOL jet Bumblebee), and Hoist is a redeco of.... Hoist - the Rescan series figure from the original Rescue Bots.
Meanwhile, hovercraft Hot Shot appears to be a remold of fireboat Heatwave, the Megabots sized Medix is functionally an upsized Rescan car mode Bumblebee. That blue redeco of racecar Heatwave -- is that Chase or Whirl? And like Hoist, ambulance Medix ia a redeco of RB Medix. The large size Wedge looks like it might be essentially an upsized Rescan bulldozer Boulder.

There's also a new Whirl race car figure in the same class alongside Brushfire, Heatwave, Bumblebee, and Chase. Plus there's new stock images of the Academy Rescue Team box set shown at Toy Fair. So what do you think of the new Grimlock trading in his bot mode for a motorcycle? Sound off in the Energon Pub forums below!
