Prime Weaponizers - Leader Class figures. Choose from Bumblebee or Optimus Prime who was on display, these new larger scale figures feature 4 modes of play with concealed weapons, Prime himself had a set of gattling guns which can flip out from under his hood in truck mode or mount the shoulders in robot mode. They have been simplified over previous leaders so the core audience of children can transform them more easily.
Lastly we have slightly better version of the Optimus Maximus image that was revealed last night.
Images mirrored below.

anyways. it seems like they always do this.. they release several different molds of the same character.. each mold does something very well.. but they can never add them all into one. for instance.. the legs on this new figure.. why couldn't they just use the RiD prime's legs? i just hope there's some way to make those wheels disappear a little.. or at least move back further.

Please release toys of different characters.
The red, blue and especially yellow cells in my eyes are over-strained from all the versions of Optimus and Bumblebee on both my, and toy aisle shelves. I refuse to buy additional versions of the same character, in the same deco anymore.
Thank you.

Bass Prime doesn't look as promising as I thought but it's too early to tell.

Sounds about right. Did you know Brawl and Bonecrusher had a baby? pic proof ^

Optimus Maximus has me intrigued but I doubt I'll bite. I know I'm probably wrong but that shot makes it look like he's got a G1 Ultra Magnus head.

Leader-class Primes are usually the most in-scale with other figures, particularly with Deluxe cars.

Well, I didn't have very high hopes based on the initial description; but that actually looks quite good. Here's hoping we get a Megatron in that size class. (Especially after seeing the initial reviews of the Powerizer Megatron.)

Dangnabbit, I was going make a comment about Deep Desert Brawl, but now you got me thinking it's a hate-filled love-child of two of the Cons from TF1.
...And now I want it to actually be a bouncing baby Bonebrawler.

(I've been wanting a new, real baseformer for a very long time. The best we've had since the end of G1 was Cybertron Metroplex, who pointedly did not actually transform into any kind of base whatsoever.)

I like complex transformations, but I also like the Armada line. And that killer Euro exclusive line (wish they actually had articulation).
I already have a few First Editions and the RID line will be released in Holland in april. So I'll see.

In terms of Vehicle size this would be accurate. But I go by bot size.
He's either voyager or Ultra class. I simply prefer voyager due to the lack of over encumbering electronics. Also Megatron would have to be the next size up.
So perhaps if they release an ultra class Optimus and leader class Megatron? The problem being, at this time I have my doubts about them releasing a leader class Megatron to match. Since the only Megatron available is a voyager, my Optimus should also be a voyager.
