Well it doesn't really say one way or the other.
On the one hand, it could mean it's a UK exclusive, period.
On the other, it could mean it's exclusive to Argos in the UK and no other stores there could carry it.
I guess we'll find out in coming days. I'm going to guess that it's the first one though.

Um...nowhere on the packaging does it say that Bumblebee is free. This is merely a simple 2-pack. Nothing special about it, other than being exclusive to Argos.
So, you're paying seven more over a Voyager's price. You're still getting Bumblebee at a discount. Most 2-packs do that. Except TRUs...they charge full price for their's.

what makes it weirder is it's $25 here in the states for a $20 figure and a $10 figure. Man, now I know why the Disgruntled Brits are so disgruntled...

The link i gave you is for the Irish Argos... so the prices are in euros... yours is in pounds sterling.

That clearly isn't the correct 2-pack.
Here's some pics of the actual 2-pack, that we thought they were talking about:
http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/imagehost ... 1648a9.jpg
Which is clearly different from what Argos is selling.
That might explain why it's so expensive.
The 2-pack I just showed you, will probably have a slightly higher price than that of a Voyager, but not a full $30.00 (USD)

You can't trust Argos for the images on the website or the catologue. You should always get a product viewing before buying anything you're unsure about.
EDIT: the website says Voyager Optimus Prime as the title. There is no mention of BB which makes me think it's just normal voyager Prime with a free carded BB (probably old version) stuck along with it. Yes, Voyagers can be £24.99 in some shops.

I reserved the nightwatch leader prime online earlier, picking it up tomorrow, my wife is buying it for me the downside of that is i have to wait until my birthday..... the 30th of August
Im sure its been mentioned before but you get a free bumblebee poster with the leader figures and some of the other stuff too.A 'lenticular' poster that changes from car to robot apparently.
The catalogue itself has a small picture of prime on the front
Apollogies if ive related info that has already been posted im pretty tired!!

Haven't picked up the new catalogue so I didn't know that. Perhaps it is the proper 2 pack then?

Just to let you all know that it is the twin pack that is available at Argos. How do I know? Cos i bought one today. For some reason though it is in American packaging not European.

I believe they import the Argos Exclusive products from Hasbro US.

If you are wanting it that much (and I know the 08BB is like hens teeth) then go to the site and order it now. you do have to pay £4.95 shipping though. As someone else posted here, most stores do not have them in stock yet. I tried all stores in about a 30 mile radius from my home.

Nice picture cheers!
I cant wait to get my hands on my Nightwatch, he is currently under the bed in the babies room and i cant have him until the
30th when its my birthday. I'l be 32...its so great being a kid again!! (not that being a collector of such fine items makes you a kid, im refering to the excitement of childhood type things and getting those teenage years out of the way when i lost interest etc.!!)
