Apparently the G1 exclusives that Toys R´ Us stores in Quebec received were in error. Quebec law states that product packaging must have bilingual print. According to several of SEIBERTRON.com´s Canadian sources, other Canadian provinces are able to receive products that do not have bilingual print.
