The giant fans will make the battlefield uncomfortably chilly, forcing the Decepticons to return home to get their sweaters.

Wish they would keep some consistency between factions and characters. The RotF scout Reverb in nearly the same colors and alt mode was a Decepticon. They pull this crap a lot.

Im suprised they didn't try to pull that fan mode off as lazerBeak.

So Reverb's weapons is a fan or a shield?

ok, howver awesome he is, reverb's determination to be un symmetrical is annoying the ocd side of me (not that i have ocd.)

This has got to be the worst I have ever seen from this line.

Reverb : "Let me go into battle and blow the enemy to death".

Crosshairs : "Hop into my exo-suit mode and watch out for your family jewels".

The worst part about the human's entire lower half being exposed is that it actually says IN THE BIO "that Sergeant Cahnay can ride safely inside". FAIL

Just the thing we needed, more repaints.

Give us a new Ratchet mold already. Preferable a Voyager or smallish leader.

so we're getting a shield made of fans & a mech suit that could have someone shot in the nuts.all i can picture being worse is a human alliance that is a giant sword for weapon mode & a hovercar for vehicle mode

Actually, only Crosshairs is the repaint, of Thunderhead. Reverb is a new mold.

to be fair, Crosshairs isn't transformed properly. at all. In any of those photos. If place in there properly, the guy's junk is well-shielded.

Reverb-WTF? Hasbro has no idea how lift works, do they? The only thing you're gonna get out of that fan setup is a violent flip. Between this guy and the Joe's GHOST Hawk, Hasbro needs to just stop with the made up flying machines.

Also, the BRIGHT RED vehicle moves silently to spy on decepticons?

Actually, to be fair, even when transformed properly, much of the human rider's body is still exposed, including his legs, arms, and the sides of his torso.

Reverb looks weird, but I kind of like him. I might end up getting him.

That's exactly what the problem was with the third Matrix movie. They had giant mech suits...that gave them no shielding at all in the front. = Instant death. Now, take on the other hand the mechs in Blue Gender--that's how they should be designed.

Anyway, while these alt modes are obviously entirely impractical and even utterly silly (seriously, why would a bot turn into a mech suit for a human?), I like the Human Alliance concept, and even though it's ridiculous I like the mech suit as that's the coolest looking of the three modes. And while these Basics pale in comparison to the original full-size ones, they are to me kind of what a good Scout should be--they're more interesting than a lot of the Scouts we got in previous lines, and the engineering seems to be better, as all the parts seem to fit nice and snug together without lots of impossible to fix gaps and overly loose or tight tab holes. Plus they're all triple changers, albeit with varying success.

They aren't perfect but they're creative and have lots of play value. And I'm really happy to have a mold of that three-wheel bike from ROTF, plus a new targetmaster.

WOW I am back in the early 90s again and buying G.I.Joes again . I do like these guys but i also have no taste .

At least once NEST clears out the Decepticons Reverb and Sergeant Detour can always get work in the film industry as a mobile wind machine. His weapon mode looks like an industrial salad shooter being DJed by Das Punk
