THIS is what I was waiting for from Siege! Going to try and snatch this guy as soon as I can. I REALLY hope we get an Origins Wheeljack next!

Outside of the issues of clear plastic (heard it was a when, not if on that mold), ideally I'd want a Jazz that has the option of door wings or no door wings like that one 3P figure. It's probably never going to happen in CHUG scale, but I'm fine waiting indefinitely

Understandable. And I have yet to even open mine...is the clear plastic problem that bad?

As for the new figure, by the looks of the packaging, it'll be on the smaller side, like Bee was. Jazz should be taller than Bee.

That Jazz figure looks like a lot of fun! And he looks good! I love my origins Bee, so i will gladly take this guy to go with him.

I mean, he was good, but I would hardly call him the best. And this puts a whole new spin on it thanks to the cybertronian alt.

As someone who does not care about Jazz whatsoever I LOVE how he looks! Precious as heck. Hopefully his backpack isnt too hefty and i can snag him onsale for $12/15 bucks like I did with Origins Bee

I think this looks fantastic, I only really got the Jackpot retool of SS86 Jazz along with the Knock-Out retool and while I did like that mold, I didn't get the Jazz one (Not sure why.)
I really dig the Cybertronian looks so I'm glad we're still getting some post-Siege.

Yeah there is a coolness involved with this Jazz but it's a easy pass for me...'nuff said!

Oddly this robot mode looks like a better Jazz than the SS86 version. I'd like to see this retooled into another Earth mode Jazz, I'm crazy, I know.

No, more variety is always better. While I don't think this new Jazz looks better than SS86, it does the job of giving us a good representation. Just like with Bee, the alt mode was the main focus while the robot mode was designed to fit the alt mode.

I love that Origins Jazz is comparable in size to the original G1 Jazz.

this also makes me wonder how Hatchet, Hound, and NEST Ratchet fit into this, are these guys now all a "wave" of Buzzworthy?

Do we know yet if you've are being released in single packs? Target has had several Buzzworthy multipacks to date.

I'm still surprised they released the rainmakers but not the welcoming comitee. Love Jazz, hope we also get Wheeljack. With him and the missing seekers, all onscreen Cybertronian alt modes would be done, since we got Soundwave and Laserbeak during Siege.

I honestly didn't think they'd go down this route again, as it appeared as id Origins Bee didn't perform all that well before finally selling out. I'm glad to see they went ahead with Origins jazz because he looks great! I'll definitely get him if he's as easy to acquire as the recent 4-pk with Goldbug.

well if you're familiar with the theory that the WW2 Germans were in contact with aliens then Jazz having a Porsche look might not be all that surprising

Given that he's the same size as SS86 Jazz, he's a deluxe.

While I also want Wheeljack, the quickest retool of this Jazz mold is Bluestreak, from "And There Shall Come...A Leader"



Ideally they should remold the chest, but only a new head would be absolutely necessary.

No, I thnik Jazz will be a solid case since he isn't SS or SS86, just liike Orignis Bee, Silverstreak and Toy Terrorsaur. Remember all the previous SS Buzzworthy deluxes were either a mixed case of individual deluxes or the vs 2 packs. I think the SS Buzzworthy wave will be Hatchet, 86 Hound and NEST Ratchet with one of them being shortpacked.

Awww, yeah, I've been hoping for an Origins Jazz ever since Origins 'Bee! I'm for sure buying the shizzlesnit out of this guy! When they've done all of the G1 Episode 1 characters maybe they can take another crack at the Dreamwave War Within designs.

I wouldn't bet on it. Color-matching paint with plastic is tricky, especially with yellows and clear plastic.

I'm one of the people who proposed the idea of a Hound and Sunstreaker 2 pack...
Would love to have it!
I won't mind if Sunstreaker's yellows aren't matched any better, but I would love the front of the lower legs to be solid black pieces, not waffled. Especially with the interior of the lower legs being so hollow.

Both modes look really good. For me, he's better than Origins Bee.
Even though I don't really have a spot for him in my collection, he's for sure on my 'maybe' list.

If you look at his head, it's definitely Prowl's head. The spikes or horns or whatever are Prowl's.

I just want the SS dotm Optimus reissue and my local TrU still have to get it in stock.

Is there any word or even rumor as to when the Buzzworthy SS86 2-pk is going to be released?
