KidDynamite of TFW2005 has reported that the Black repaint of Alternators Optimus Prime reported by Actio-HQ is indeed Nemesis Prime and will be limited. Here is what KidDynamite originally posted:

"TFW2005 has learned through various sources that there will be a limited release of a black repaint to Alternators Optimus Prime, confirmed to be Nemesis Prime, as previously reported from our sponsor Action-HQ. This release is a Hasbro exclusive, giving more confirmation that Takara has cancelled the release of the "Ginrai" and "Black Convoy" Binaltech verisons. Whether Nemesis Prime will be released a la Swerve, one case assortment and that's it, or mixed in as a variant a la Marvel Legends, is unknown. Stay tuned for more details."
