Revenge of the Fallen Video Game Expansion Complete Details

The Revenge of the Fallen Video Game Expansion has been officially detailed. The downloadable content is set to be released on August 27, 2009, for 800 Microsoft Points(Xbox 360) or $9.99 in the Playstation Store(PS3). Earlier updates showed us that we'd be getting characters in the form of Soundwave, G1 Optimus Prime, G1 Megatron, Jazz, G1 Starscream and Sideswipe. Now joining them are Jetfire (Multi-player only), G1 Sunstorm, Stealth Bumblebee, G1 Colors Ratchet, G1 Colors Sideswipe, and Aerialbot (Single-palyer only). Three maps are also to be included, they are Courtyard, Hillside, and Sandstorm.

Sweet i was expecting it to be alot more.. Good deal for some killer add ons..

Megatron looks much better than he did in the last game. And Sunstorm? What an unexpected choice....I'd have expected Skywarp or Thundercracker. I just wish we could've gotten G1 skins for everyone....still, this is pretty nice. I'm still curious to know what Megs will be like in vehicle mode....

Damn now i need to some how scrounge up $10. So i take it all the characters without mp only by there name are in both modes and the new maps are for both as well

I haven't played since the week after this game came out, are there more people playing online now? From what I remember, there were not that many people on alot.

I love the sound of G1 Starscream's abilities. Definitely the character to play as in the Decepticon campaign. G1 Megatron is basically a skin with a different melee attack. Soundwave's SA sounds familiar. The Jammer Pod reminds me of Ratbat and the AOE Pod sounds like Rumble/Frenzy(G1).

There are players online now, it's lots of fun driving of when your damaged![:)]( "Smile")
I did hope they would've made Ravage or Arcee, but this is great as well.
I hope this addon is such a succes that the game dev will make another addon
with movie 1 bots, more movie 2 bots and stuff from the TF universe like

i heard about the add on and decided to buy the game awhile ago. haha it was 44 bucks at target (lucky me!). I played it and finished the campaign in a matter of days. then there was nothing left to do except replay missions with different characters (which is, surprisingly, a lot more fun than free roam in the first game) and play the ridiculous multiplayer. multiplayer needs some serious work, like new maps (thank you) which i hope are much bigger. giant robots need giant maps. its really not a hard concept to grasp. if they continue to make add ons and make it the game we always hoped it to be (a game with a very large character selection so that we may relive our childhoods blowing up bayformers with our G1 renders of our favorite characters) map pack is very pleasing.
next map pack?- G1 Ironhide, G1 Ratchet (easy to make together), Another Constructicon, Protectobot on Single player only (cuz we already have him on multiplayer) G1 Hot Rod, G1 Galvatron, Armada Hot Shot, The Twins, and Movie Colors Soundwave. what do you think?

The screen shot shows Megs in the Deep Six mission. So it's very likely he just has the ability to fly instead of an alt mode, as in the first game.
At least Screamer will be wielding him in gun mode, can't wait for that.

I'm going to be very upset if they don't release this update for the PC version. I have it on 360 too, but I don't get to play it much since there's only one tv in the house that's usually being used by my parents 24/7, so I bought it specifically for PC so I can play it whenever I want. ![:sad:]( "Sad")
