ROTF Figures Released Today!

The Wal-Mart near me had the first wave out two weeks ago, and the preview figures last week. Hopefully they'll have them out this weekend.

Went to 3 Walmarts today and found NOTHING, but Walgreens had these which I did buy.

i called my local lessthansupercenter a couple hours ago about the midnight release and the (pollitically incorrect term here) said, " they'll probably be ready tomorrow cuz there is only one person working in toys and its really hard" I sh** you not, exact words, "its really hard" anyway, i said, very nice and politely mind you
" alright, thanks a lot , man!" and he said "... k " and hung up... (pollitically incorrect term)

so yeah i'll go tomorrow morning i guess, i dont feel like f-ing around with a bunch of retards in the middle of the night... OPPS did i say that!? sorry.

Stopped at walmart on my way home from work tonight. The ROTF figures were overflowing the shelves. I took a sideswipe to a price checked and it ran up. so i snagged a shopping cart left floating around by the toy dept person and gathered up leader prime megs,voyager starscream demolisher, and deluxe sideswipe soundwave, rampage and sideways. at 1:15AM and had no problem at the register.

Target.com has fig in stock i just ordered the fallen...sux I have to wait i to get more figs when i get more $$

Has anyone else found the quality control a bit lacking on the leader class figures? One of my leader class Megatron's legs simply won't click into place in Tank mode and several of the slots and holes on the leader class Optimus (especially on the legs) don't line up. I'm going to hold off on the others for the moment as the production quality on this first set seems a little hit and miss (certainly compared to the figures from the first film which still click and snap together in the places that they should)

I visited 4 different wal marts tonight and they ALL of their ROTF stock out on the shelves. I had to restrain myself this time around but man, it was so awesome to see them up on the shelves!. I picked up Demolisher, Sideaays, sideswipe, depthcharge and dead end. Leader megs looked so sick but I'm going to hold off..I did not however see soundwave at all.. Not sure why..I have him pre-ordered so it's no biggie I just thought that since he was a "Preview" fig that he would have been on display.

no ROTF toys in a month and a half maybe walmart will have em today.i will sell what ever i have to to get them besides other TFs. good bye ps2! for the 6th time

I bought Leader class Megatron about 2 weeks ago, and i dont have any issue with his legs, or arms, but i have 2 other issues with him, 1st is his snap out claw or sword, the spring that drives is very weak and the other is with the spring is his cannon that launches the projectile is very weak too, but other than that his a great figure and a must buy!! Dont waste your on the voyager class Prime or Megatron, unless its something that you truly want.

wal-mart in plymouth says 5pm. im gonna wait till 5 because wal-mart gets pissy if your early.

I'll bet my left nut that every single Walmart in my area won't have these figures out today. They've been playing dumb with me for over a week, why will it change tonight? I swear, I'm starting to hate condescending Walmart employees.

hay guys, I can verify this, I just got the notice last nite that the lock out date for the figs had been deleated, so I snagged myself a prime and starscream before I clocked out today. Its true, they are now legal. My day crew is supposed to be working out the tfs today, but knowing them, they wont. Either way, they will be on the floor tonight!

my local target even has the ROTF figures out.

I just left my area Wal-Mart almost $500 lighter.....and without a effing Soundwave. Shelves were packed of others, but no Soundwave. Son of a.......

I was able to snag all the Deluxes and Scouts I wanted, but the one Wally world didn't have the Leaders or Voyagers.

i had the same problem i checked 3 stores this morning and all of the figures but no soundwave! at this point i'm thinking i might wait for the toys r us gathering at nemesis set with the rumored blue soundwave.

also my target had a sign up saying you could only buy two transformers per customer... and they also had a sign saying target exclusive revenge of the fallen superion for 29.99 but didn't have the figure.

So far I got the leader figures. It also looks like not all the walmarts in my area have stocked the figures yet, since one I saw had the shelve space ready, but nothing stocked. As far as I know, the targets in my area will begin selling the figures tomorrow.

Just got back from Y'all-Mart in White Lake, Michigan.
When I arrived there, the Hasbro lady was stocking the shelves from a towering pallet of shrink-wrapped TF goodness. Apparently, they ditched the wait til 5 bit and are releasing them now. Hasbro lady told me that Target also forewent the "street date" crap and put them out at 8 am this morning.
The nice lady then went on to help me obtain what I wanted from the pallet:
Leader Prime and Megs
Scouts Depth Charge, Knock out, Rollbar, DirtBoss, Ransack, and Dead End
Voyager Starscream and Demolisher (don't want another Prime and Ironhide)
Deluxe Rampage, Soundwave, Breakaway, BB, Sideswipe, and Sideways.

I GORGED, chewing a $279.00 chunk out of my saved $400.00 and letting the juice run down my chin.

Hasbro lady then went on to take my photo next to my full shopping cart, which will apparently appear on the Hasbro website at some point.

All in all, a great way to start the day!

But I took the high road and just said "Yeah, I'm a collector".

The Target near me had tons of BBs and Soundwaves (probably about 15 each) but that was it. I picked up SW--cool toy. I'm checking two WMs and a Target tonight and then tomorrow another WM, Target, and TRU.

I guarantee if i go to the stores today no one will have them out. And if i ask im sure they'll give me the same "cant sell until tomorrow" BS. But i have time to kill to day so i might just say frak it and look.

I just tell them im a collector most of the time they will be a little more carefull at checkout. If I get to walmart when they are puttin them on shelves they'll let me use the case box. The stores around here know me. Only a few times I got the attitude. Its better for me now cause ive talked to managers and toy reps when they come in. All in all they want sales now.

Man, you guys can make fun of me cause I have some crow to eat. I gave in and went to my local target to have a look see at the new movie line. Target had a GRIP of em out. Like 12 cases or something crazy...maybe more. I saw Sideswipe and I told myself if I got one he would be the one. Liked the packaging, car mode looked AWESOME in the package (And I hate Corvettes mind you...) so...I grabbed Soundwave, Breakaway and Sideways and guess what...I love em all! They remind me of why I like Transformers. Now...where did I put my blowing money ......

All the WM's here had all their stock out too(no Soundwave). Tru didn't really even have any shelf space cleared(?), but they had the new halloween costumes hanging up. I guess they must be resetting tonight. The Target I stopped at still had the May 30 signs up except for the walkie talkie set.

I have a $10 off $50 coupon from TRU so I'm checking there tomorrow. The only ones I picked up today were Leader OP and Breakaway.( I already have Demolishor,Sideways,Sideswipe,
Rampage,SS,BB,Voyager OP,Depthcharge and Deadend.

Interestingly enough the Soundwave I preordered from WM has been shipped-but none in the stores?

I stopped at a Target on my way to work today and found an endcap of the deluxe and an endcap of voyagers, leaders, bb voice helmets. first place i found voyager Ratchet, and Voyager The Fallen. Got The Fallen didn't get Ratchet.

My local Target has all of the ROTF Wave 1 stuff and the exclusive Superion combiner set. No sign of the Bruticus one.

I got them! Went to Walmart here in CA (panorama City) and found all the figures. They are out and in abundance. Every figure even Soundwave. People gave me this crazy look when i loaded up my shopping cart! Awesome!

Freggin' K-mart.

Three times I went and found figures on the shelves only to have the teller tell me that these aren't supposed to be out yet. First I was denied a Starscream, then denied Soundwave twice.

However, a few weeks ago I grabbed some scouts at Wallgreens with no problem. WTF?

Its times like these that I wish I had a ton more money!

The Target here in Upland, CA (off the 210) was putting out all of their Revenge product today and I only picked up Soundwave, Rampage and The Fallen. They had EVERYTHING set out but in my excitement I didn't check endcaps for Demolisher and Starscream (the 2 I wanted most).

I Stopped by Toys R Us today, they said all TF RTOF Toys would be on shelves tomorrow!

Then I went to Walmart and they were "stocked up" big time, I'm taking about 180-200 total.

I had several items in my cart, trying to decide which ones buy and which ones to put back , then the Hasbro Rep asked to take a picture of me and my son with all our toys

I ending up getting got:
Leader Optimus plus
Deluxe Sideswipe & Sideways

My local WM and Target were fully stocked too.

Target hooked it up with Voy Fallen/ratchet

the rest i bought at WM. They had everything others have mentioned except I couldn't find soundwave. Tons of bumblebees but no luck on SW. Maybe i didn't dig deep enough, but i gave it a good effort

I passed on leader megs, someday i will get him. But having 1 gimp arm, and the other with no elbow joint... :/

Went overboard again. Got 2 figs each from Leader, Voyager, and Deluxe- Prime and Megatron, Demolisher and Starscream, and Sideswipe and Rampage, plus an FAB Bumblebee for my daughter, 4-age 1/2. About twice what I should have spent. Eep.

It was truly glorious to see such a huge TF section, easily 3 times the size of the previous Animated/Universe section for RoF alone.

I was lucky to run into a Hasbro rep, and she quizzed me a bit about my TF habits. She said she would email me about the Human Alliance set availability.

just got back from TRU in Bellueve WA. They just stocked the whole place and you can purchase figures now. The manager said they got the called and all TRUs are breaking the street date.

the fallen deluxe comes in voyager W2 they only got 3 cases of those, there are 2 fallens left the other bot in W2 case is Ratchet. i think Ironhide and Prime were the other 2.

The funny part was the manager saying why is this case marked open MAY 15th, and yup preview figures were in them, either the stores didnt get them or didnt read the boxes, cause the 15th was the release dates on the boxes, these caes came 3 bumblebees and 3 soundwaves.

soundwave does not come in the normal W1 case, just bumblebee, so soundwave will be the the figure that is hardest to find.

there is a TRU exclusive 2 pack released also, whirl and someother bot, every box was damage right out of the cases so i didnt take one price is 34.95 on those.

besides that they have everything out

leader prime and megs there are W1
8 differnt legends
4 diff FAB
6 diff replicas

thats all i can think of at the moment.

I've been to the Target in the Palladium area here in San Antonio and got two figures, Voyager The Fallen, and Leader Optimus Prime! (the coolest figure in the new line)

But alas, they didn't have Starscream.

Pity, the Transformers website still says tomorrow the'll be released, yet we got them today.

But hey, I'm totally fine with that, now the wait for the game continues.....

*Disregard, figured it out....* I'm having problems with sideswipes tail piece (the piece with the 4 mufflers) staying down. It stays raised about 1 to 2 centimeters and does not to seem to want to click into anything.

Got my Soundwave at a local Toys R Us about a week back. He and Bumblebee were all that was available...but I went back today and scored myself Sideswipe and Rampage.

Yes it;s true the coolest robots ever have been released in chesterfield,MO!. I was at target today and was just in awe. My favorites byfar being the optimus and megs figures so im happy .

I just got back from the local WM and they had every single one of the first wave. I only got a few tonight since I hadn't snagged a cart, but plan to grab a few more tomorrow ^^; I need a second Sideways and Sideswipe. I love their alt modes. Had to grab some of the legends wave too since they looked really nice. The whole first half of the action figure aisle and the endcap were stocked to the edge with the toys. I think I gave my friends a good laugh when I saw the toys and squeed and proceeded to charge the aisle XD

So, I'm hearing that bumblebee is in both the preview wave and wave 1. Which means that if your are seeing bumblebee but no soundwave its not a fluke. Its because he is in wave 1 boxes. So If walmart (like my area walmarts) has not ordered boxes of the preview wave than hopes of getting him are slim.

Well after looking around, I think that the targets and walmarts get different figures, and I don't mean store exclusives, I mean varied shipments. Walmarts have deluxes BB, SW, Sideswipe, Sideways, Rampage, and Breakway and voyagers SS, Ironhide, Demolisher, and Prime. Target has Wheelie, Chromia, one of the twins, and Smokescreen and voyagers like walmart, but include Ratchet and the Fallen.

I made it to my local Target with 15 minutes to spare. They had a nice section and two of the forward secitons of the isles had ROTF figs.

They had Leader Prime and Megatron, Deluxe Sideswipe, Sideways, Bumblebee, Preview Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide, Voyager The Fallen, Voyager Prime, a bunch of Scouts and some stuff nobody wanted. My TRU has the bgi display up but when I went earlier they still had their Terminator and Star Trek stuff up. No doubt they stocked it after they closed.

I got myself Leader Prime and am itching to check TRU tomarrow for Soundwave and I'll probably pick up Sideswipe. I'll hold off on Megatron for another week or so.
