For those of you who have been patiently awaiting a red movie universe Ironhide we present Transformer DOTM Cannon Force Ironhide. This repaint of wave one Voyager Ironhide is part of the wave four assortment due out later this year. Images courtesy of Supreme Convoy below.

I've been waiting for a red ironhide, but, this just doesn't quite do it for me. Reminds me too much of the burning fallen.
I think I'll pass. Trying to get toys I really like, not ones I think are just, ok.

I like it, took them bloody long enough to make a red Ironhide, what the hell were they thinking with the blue repaints over and over again? I like the way this thing looks, except that he seems to have a scar running across his face going from the upper left to the lower right. I dunno if that's just the thing they do to keep it from being stolen or if that's going to be some kind of "battle damage" I sure hope not. Maybe it's just the picture.

I think that's just the lighting making it look like that.

EDIT: I noticed some darker red areas on his vehicle mode now, and also his right eye seems larger than his left, I do believe this thing is going to be a battle damaged version. Damnit Hasbro.

We wait and wait and wait for a red movie Ironhide, and they use the crappiest of the voyager IH molds.

That's just a slap in the face with a wet fish.

I am inclined to agree. This looks like battle damage, rather than the face scarring they do with early versions of toys.

The gash is sculpted into the head rather than being just a defacement or paint splatter like Starscream for example:

i don't know. the ironhide head on the panel slideshow looks different. and they've used the x on figures before when their head sculpts are going to be different.

YYYEEESSSS. I have been waiting for this. And I personally think it looks awesome. I don't care that the alt mode isn't all red, and that a lot of people don't care for the mold. I think it's actually pretty good. The Recon Ironhide mold would've been great too, but no big deal. Definite buy. Finally movie Ironhide can join my collection!

Oh, and I really hope that's just a 'Not For Sale' head and not battle damage.

damn you hasbro thats orange not red, finally they decide to give us the red movie ironhide we've been asking for since the first movie and this is what we get? Not only is he orange but its the crappy DOTM mold, granted im a little more inclined to get it since i dont have that mold but still its the worst Ironhide mold to date. I still dont get why it took hasbro this long to even do a red ironhide, with hasbro loving repaints you would think every ironhide would've had a red version. How much you wanna bet its going to be a store exclusive too, just because theres no sticker now doesnt mean that wont change in the near future.

I know a lot of people have been dying for a red Ironhide but...uh..this is ugly. My movieverse Ironhide will remain black.

I sort of liked the original mold but not enough to get it, but this makes me excited! Finally a RED Ironhide! I actually like the half red half black and the orange stripe looks like G1 Ironhide's stripe.

Aw...man, this isn't as cool as I thought it would be. I've been waiting for a red version since four years ago, but I think I'd rather just buy the original '07 Ironhide instead. I'm just not going to jump on this when I already have the first version of the mold.

Easy pass. Personally I think the red doesnt match with the movie design. I admit the red looks awesome on the G1 design but the movie design is better off black...Seriously looking at this guy is just a frickin eyesore >.>...

I've been pretty satisfied with my Recon Ironhide, but I may consider getting this one once it's available. Just wish he had a new MechTech weapon to go with the package.
