While the Star Wars and Marvell ones come across as silly to me — because they transform into "hairy" Chewbacca, etc. — some Joe vehicles that transform into either known popular characters OR even generic meched out heavy robots would be amazing.
I'd get that whole line.

Example: have EVERY Transformer (VEHICLE) be able to actually transform and look good to, and be large enough to hold or fit 3 3/4 inch GI joes!! Hell most of their vehicles are large enough already. This is a huge cash cow that would attract BOTH collectors in droves!!! I know I would buy em ALL!! Im just in disbelief that it doent happen. it should have happened years ago. let alone since the GI Joes got a new makeover in 2007.

What ZERO,lol. like me waiting 3 hours on HTS website and getting screwed outta one?? I remember when a seller on Ebay wanted $90 shipped, pre-order and I laughed at him because it was only a $50 SDCC item. usually you can get any sdcc item for only a small mark up if you WAIT. But not with SS, I made a mistake, lol.
And thats exactly why Hasbro needs to make an actual line of GI Joe vehicles that transform and of course come with GI Joe pilots!! To go with the 2007 on up body type.

OR a step down, they could issue a full line of standard Joe characters at the mini size like the old Mask figures or the Human Alliance. I'd accept that as a compromise...
These should all look totally old-school retro like when Cobra Commander showed up on Transformers as "old snake." No movie crappo. I want recognizable figures with heavy, chunky robots and heavy, chunky meched out tanks.

Partially agree, only because I would NOT compromise the GI Joe size at all. It then alienates itself from ALL of the potential "play" value it already has with all of the 2007 figs on up. They could easily do it seriously. Granted the Transformers would prolly all be at least at the SW/TSFR price point at the lowest. Example, you could have the GI Joe ATV vehicles with riders. Then hiss tanks would be like Voyager size, and then Jets etc would be like leader class. I mean it just NEEDS TO BE DONE right now, lol. I want that line NOW, before I am 50 yrs old!!!

You guys realize how frakkin' big and expensive a Tranformers that turns into any sort of remotely accurate 1:18 vehicle larger than a motorcycle would need to be, right? Especially if it also had to retain cockpit space for a 1:18 figure?
We're already having a lot of trouble getting Supreme class 'bots out of Hasbro for main lines, much less a sub line.
I agree it would be awesome, but it just isn't going to happen.
(However, I do expect that the upcoming Prime Leader class "Weaponizer" Bumblebeee will be roughly 1:18 scale, though it's doubtful it will have any cockpit space.)
Back on topic: I'll happily take a shiny purple H.I.S.S. Tank covered with Decepticon symbols. I <3 H.I.S.S. Tanks, and I <3 purple!

If your looking at EXACT scale to EVERY vehicle yes, BUT No its not out of the realm. You use the EXACT same size like I mentioned before of the vehicles they already have made. Albeit make them transform!! I know the engineering might be difficult but that the engineers problem anyway. The make things tougher anyway.
I am NOT talking about the GI Joe figs. being able to look in scale with the transformer when its in transformer mode, who cares. As long as the GI Joe still fits in or on the vehicle in that mode.. like I said use the same size vehicles now, just engineer them to be transformers. Its not going to be that big a deal to do. I just dont think they want to tackle it. As much as people love GI Joes, I dont think Hasbro has a lot of faith in them. They are and have been for the last 2 years poorly distributed and in low numbers. Several of the POC line are so scarce they sell for quadruple what they cost at retail.
Im just saying they could do it easier then you might think. Higher price points, definitely. But not EVERY vehicle has to be large!! Like I said the atv is not that big, plus several others. Damn it, I just want it done, lol JUST GO WITH IT

Honestly, just off of that one pic it took me all of 90 seconds to visualize what would go into making that thing a fully functional Transformer while still maintaining a space for the driver. I simply don't have the resources/tools to do the necessary modifications but I'm willing to bet you will see a mod of this into a fully working toy inside of a month of its release. As for it's cost, if Hasbro were to do it I'd lay odds that it is quite possible for them engineer and mass produce something like this that transforms, accommodates a 3-3/4 inch figure and still have it within the 40-50 dollar price range. Don't expect an astounding transformation and do expect a lot of visible kibble on the underside of the tank but the basic criteria can be met without breaking the bank.
Of course, even if Hasbro did pull it off half the fandom will still have it's panties in a bunch because it doesn't do "this, that or the other" thing at which point it would simply become necessary to tell those fans to "STFU and go build your own!"

I have all the other incarnations of this HISS Tank (brown, black, and crimson) - so why stop now!
I actually DO hope this isn't too popular. Maybe then I can get one!
