Here is the link to the thread that has a scanned picture of the cons.
It looks like from left to right we have:
Starscream, Black Arachnia, Blitzwing, Lugnut(?), and of course, Megatron!
Stay tuned as we keep you updated on SDCC, and if any more comes out about the new animated series in the Seibertron.com Cartoon News Section.

Starscream reminds me of Launchpad McQuack.

She becomes a spider, as always. We saw this in the Botcon panel this year.
Plus, we saw a brief glimpse of Megatron at Botcon, and I don't recall his head design looking that closely to the movie design.

I have to look back at the Botcon stuff to see what the con names were that were given.

It's looking like they're nabbing bits and pieces from the various past Transformers series, almost like they're giving Universe it's own T.V. series. Just like the Autobot designs are a mix of Cybertron, movie and G1 designs, the Decepticons are yanking stuff from various universes as well. Movie inspired Megs, Beast Wars Black Arachnia, what looks almost kinda like a G2ish Starscream, and an almost Armada looking Blitzwing. I'm not sure if this was intention or not, but I kind of like the mish mash of styles.
Kind of makes me wonder what the Dinobots will be like...

The big one is...

Lugnut (David Kaye)
Starscream (Tom Kenney)
Ratchet (Corey Burton)
Shockwave (Corey Burton)
Megatron (Corey Burton)
Jazz (Phil LaMarr, of MadTV fame)
Blurr (Reprised by John Moshita)
Bulkhead (Bill Fagerbacky-- Patrick from Spongebob)
His quote about Lugnut being a big, huge Megatron kissup, well, I assume the big one is Lugnut.

Remember that we saw two different Megatrons. The Cybertronian one, and then his Earth versions. I think they said that Megs will remain in his Cybertronian form till the end of the first season, then he'll be changed. I'm assuming that we get Earth Megs then with his closer to G1 looking head.

This reminds me all too much of Advance Wars DS.
I am NOT digging this look at all.
Hopefully the toys will be decent anyways. It's not like I really watch the show anymore is it?

Same.
I'll wait and see how it turns out though, but i'm really not expecting much, so maybe, just maybe i'll be pleasantly suprised.

I was a bit 'meh' about the Autobots, except for Bumblebee and Prowl, but I'm really liking the look of the 'Cons.
(But hey, I like Teen Titans, Samurai Jack, Clone Wars and Kim Possible, so what would I know?)
--EDIT--
Gah, I wanna go home and watch some Teen Titans now, but I'm stuck slowly melting my brain into my keyboard at work instead...
--EDIT #2--
After reading the thread on TFW, I gather that the monocle guy is probably Blitzwing - if they do what they look like they're going to do and treat him like a mock-SS WW2 general type, that could seriously rock - and the... thing... in front of Megs is probably Lugnutz. I haven't been keeping up with the TFA news...

I see. Guess they needed a chick decepticon to balance out Arcee. Despite the questionable designs, I just hope the stories are worth a S#!+. I was a skeptic years ago when Beast Wars came out but the stories were so good that I learned to accept and like the designs.

Blitzwing's Rommel? maybe that'll make it barable...

Because they are shaded as background. Those aren't their actual colors.

I'm pretty sure you will be surprised with the toys when you see them. I kinda thought the same way when we first saw the designs. Then after the con, I'm more excited about the toys then the actual cartoon.

remember the initial rection to the very first OP image, it improved with the promo poster, then more with the botcon images, and now with the decepticons most of the posts seem quite optimistic, who knows, just like the movie a total reversal of opinion may happen, how many people who were hating BB design upon first look are now trying hard to find 08 version BB toy!

Heck if the toy for Megatron is good I'll get him as a replacement for the movie Leader one.

.. now that sounds like a plan

If you gave me a choice, right now, of spending $10 to watch a feature-length movie with all the leaks and hype surrounding it, or spending the same amount to take a blind chance on the 30-minute first episode of the new cartoon, I'd choose the cartoon. There more I see and read about it, the more excited I'm getting about the prospect of something truly fresh for the franchise.
