I started a new career with a web site design company on Monday. Over the course of the next week, I will figure out a budget plan to get the store situation handled. Once I have figured out a reasonable plan, I will post this info on the website. The plan will list customers who are owed refunds as well as an estimated time frame of when a customer should receive a refund. I will budget money for shipping (for customers who wish to receive their products) and for refunds (for customers who wish to receive their rightful refund for products not received). I expect to have the start of this list posted by March 6th and will continue to update info on the list. The refund cycle will begin around mid-April. I wish I could start this sooner, but since I was unemployed for the past 6 weeks, I have personal financial issues I have to handle first. A new section to the
message board for myself and the customers affected by this situation was launched last night. This will allow problems and information relevant to the store to be quickly found while keeping this unfortunate situation out of the general
message board.
