The top 5 nominations you posted in Seibertron.com's forums has been officially sent to Hasbro. The cut-off time to post your nominations was at midnight last night. Without further ado, here are the top 5 picks from Seibertron.com ...

Phase 1: Over the next few days, we want you to tell us your top 5 picks. Please do not pick any previous Hall of Fame inductees. We'll tally those results together on Thursday, March 1st, 2012 to determine which Transformers should be in Seibertron.com's poll. You must have your nominations posted in the corresponding forum topic here no later than February 29th, 2012 at 11:59PM Pacific. The more nominations a character receives, the better chances that character will appear in Seibertron.com's list that gets sent to Hasbro.
Phase 2: Hasbro will then tally the results together from all of the Transformers fan sites to create the final ballot which will be available on Transformers.com some time in March.
Phase 3: The winning Transformers character will be announced at Hasbro's 2012 TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame ceremony at BotCon in Dallas, TX on Saturday, April 28th, 2012.

In 2010, Hasbro inducted humans and robots from the worlds of toys, entertainment and CYBERTRON into the inaugural class of its TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame, honoring more than 25 years of "robots in disguise" action. Now in its third year, Hasbro is once again turning to fans to help finalize the 2012 robot inductee class.
Hasbro’s internal panel of judges has chosen three iconic characters to induct into the TRANFORMERS Hall of Fame in 2012 - Heroic AUTOBOTS JAZZ and GRIMLOCK, as well as evil DECEPTICON SHOCKWAVE. But we need your help to determine this year's fourth robot inductee!
If you have received this email from Hunter Public Relations, we would like to invite you to submit nominees from your fans for the fan-voted TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame inductee.
Poll your readers to determine the characters they wish to be considered for the TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame and share your outlet’s top 5 list with us by March 1, 2012. Your outlet’s polling results list should be ranked in order of importance from 1-5. All polling result lists will be combined together (each outlet getting an equal voice) with the #1 character on each list worth 5 points, the #2 character worth 4 points, the #3 worth 3 points, etc. The resultant point values will be used to generate the final ballot of five choices, which will be upon later in March on Transformers.com.
The winning character will be announced at the TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday, April 28 at BOTCON, the Official TRANSFORMERS Convention in Dallas, TX.
The TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame was created to honor those influential in building the iconic entertainment brand, as well as the actual "ROBOTS IN DISGUISE." The inaugural induction ceremony was held at BotCon 2010. TRANSFORMERS influentials Bob Budiansky, Peter Cullen, Hideaki Yoke, and Kohjin Ohno were members of the inaugural class, along with five notable robot characters that are a part of Transformers lore. The previous robot honorees (who are ineligible for the fan-voted slot in this year's ceremony) are:

- BUMBLEBEE
- MEGATRON
- STARSCREAM
- DINOBOT
- IRONHIDE
- RATCHET
- SOUNDWAVE
- WASPINATOR

By my unofficial count in the Boredom Project, BW Megsy won by a serious landslide. Prowl got in on a late surge. Devy, Arcee, and Unicron were pretty much steady throughout. I fully expect Megatron to get the election....yesssss... ![:PREDACON:]( "Predacon")

I know you "technically" can't, it would make me soooooo much happier if they did though! I think it would be funny if they took the miswrite of Brawl from the first movie and included him in there since he announced himself as "Devastator".![:lol:]( "Laughing")

If Devastator made it, they should include Hercules in the display at BotCon... But it's irrelevant as the G1 dudes will split the votes and the Beast Wars rep will squeak out the victory. Unless Hasbro pulls a fast one and says Megs is already represented with real Megatron. ![:lol:]( "Laughing")

I was wondering this too. I guess I would have to go back and look at the HASBRO video for Megs and see if BW Megs is in it, but I think he was.

BW Megatron is NOT in the videos (curiously neither is the RiD one). BW Megs isn't meant to be "the" Megatron, unlike Movie/Prime/Animated/etc. Megatrons, a fact that's blatantly obvious to anyone that's watched Beast Wars.

Yes...but it looks like Lame Wars Megatron is still a top vote getter elsewhere, too. So unless Hasbro pulls the fast one, he'll probably be the Least Wars representative that wins for reasons previously stated.
