Do you mean the company or the reference? The company is Super7, the reference is to Takara's 70s Henshin Cyborg line, and old ancestor to Transformers.

As for the mini figures, I really want the Autobots in red and Decepticons in purple, shame these usually are sold in a random mixture of colors.

It's because Hasbro doesn't want to do them again that they're letting Super7 do them. And yes, I do suspect they'll be part of the M.U.S.C.L.E. line or at least packaged like them.

Courtesy of their Instagram account, we have two new teases in the form of the death scene of Optimus Prime in the animated movie from 1986, and a small corner look at a super deformed Soundwave in G1 style echoes. We know that that a Megatron is due in the same line as the see through Optimus, but what do you think will be produced next by the company? Let us know in the Energon Pub!

The Keshi Surprise, so far shown off with Optimus Prime and Megatron in blue and purple respectively, will featured Decepticon and Autobot blind boxes, each priced at $4.
Transformers Autobot Keshi Surprise 1.75" Figure Blind Box. Each box contains a random figure (Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Grimlock, Jazz, Ironhide, or Wheeljack) and an exclusive foil sticker of that character. NYCC Debut. $4 per blind box.
Transformers Decepticons Keshi Surprise 1.75" Figure Blind Box. Each box contains a random figure (Megatron, Starscream, Shrapnel, Soundwave, Laserbeak, or Shockwave) and an exclusive foil sticker of that character. NYCC Debut. $4 per blind box.
Whereas in the Super Cyborg line, we have an exclusive redeco of the Optimus Prime figure seen previously, but in the grey, 'dead' mode from the 1986 feature length cartoon.
Transformers - Super Cyborg "Dead" Optimus Prime 12" Figure with removable chest plate (Grayscale figure and packaging). NYCC Exclusive Limited Edition. $75 each.

Rodimus Knight wrote:So are the The Keshi Surprise then the "reissued" decoys then?
If by "reissued decoys" you mean the Transformers M.U.S.C.L.E figures sold in blind boxes then yes. They'll be sold in regular carded multi-packs as well so I really don't understand these.

I wanted to reach out and let you know about some of the new releases the brand is showcasing at Toy Fair that build on the Super7® brand tradition of taking nostalgic properties from the past and adding a unique twist for a modern consumer.
This year the most exciting unveiling at Toy Fair is its brand new line, Supersports by Super7, a collection of licensed sports product. Launching with Major League Baseball, the Supersports line features iconic MLB players and teams from the past plus the best of today. The collection will include 3.75” ReAction Figures®, a Super7® classic, and premier a new Jackie Robinson figure in time to commemorate his 100th birthday this year.
Super7 will be at NYTF booth 5382, located on Level 1 and we’d love to set up a time for you to meet founder Brian Flynn and the Super7 team. Here are just a few additional things we will be showing:
• Seasonal Offerings including Universal Monsters Super Buckets
While toys and a unique retro approach lead our portfolio, our design origins allow us to be a one-stop shop for Seasonal Products. This year, Super7 brings back Universal Monsters Super Buckets as the lead to its incredible Halloween line.
• Rocky IV and Blind Box come to ReAction Figures
Super7’s continues to reinvent ReAction Figures with its latest releases: ReAction Figures enter the ring with Rocky IV and its iconic 1980’s boxing clash. Immortalized as a set of 3 ¾” scale retro action figures, you can now relive the excitement of the titanic match between Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago. For the first time, Blind box comes to action figures with the launch of MOTU and Iron Maiden Blind Boxes.
• Deluxe –Transformers Super Cyborg
Super7 explores the insides of the world’s favorite robots with the Transformers Super Cyborg Deluxe Action Figures! Each 11” tall Super Cyborg figure is fully articulated and features a transparent removable chest, revealing the robotic guts within. The heroic Optimus Prime and evil Megatron are the first screen-accurate action figures of the original Generation One cartoon designs.

And at 3.75", Rocky can finally join the Joes and take on Big Boa as originally intended!
