Is "Adams" a case of Engrish or some obscure character I should be aware of?

A few curious names there.

Adams & Steel Joe, both at a legends-ish price point, but the RiD warriors have that price point also.

Adams.... Could be a japanese name for Strongarm? Adamant?

Atmos? Googled the Katakana and it came up with a picture of G1 Cosmos.

Then read the whole story. Transformers Adventures is a combination of Robots in Disguise, and Generations either previously unreleased or seemingly unsuitable for Transformers Legends (like standalone Legends Class figures). And it looks like "HA" has turned into "TED". How odd.

I can see the RID15 Optimus mold to be repainted into the Nemesis colours. Also like some said here Magnus is likely the BH Magnus toy that didn't get released by Takara during it's TF Go line.

Lockdown though is interesting. Is it possible he could be just a repaint of the Animated Lockdown mold into the AOE colours or maybe even a repaint/retool of a possible Warrior Class Sideswipe or maybe even something out of left field by retooling and repainting the TFA Deluxe Rodimus figure into a AOE inspired Lockdown? Should be interesting to see.

From this line, depending on deco I may want:
Swoop, if the deco is G1 enough, and maybe yellow goggle eyes, then he'll be my IDW/G1 Swoop
Shrapnel, if the plastic colours are closer to Hasbro's Bombshell
Bombshell, if both he and Shrapnel above have a Cleary superior* deco to Hasbro's
Adams/Cosmos, if a superior* deco to reprolabeled Hasbro version
Roadblock - almost certainty, cool mould, and need more 'Cons

Lockdown could be interesting, most like an Animated re-do, based on other listings, BUT, if it is based on the ROTF mould, with a more IDW style head, he may just be added to my list.

*Superior Is subjective

And yeah, I see where you are coming from, using the word "more" is kinda confusing. But I still saw it more as she stating an opinion that was not in link with yours.

I'm not sure if we'll be getting a TFA Lockdown or ROTF Lockdown in the line because unless they're in the AOE colours I don't see how they'll try to justify buying a figure from years ago that already has a show accurate colour scheme. Sort of like how I'm expecting the Swoop and Snarl toys from TFA to be in different colours since having them both in G1 colours wouldn't make sense seeing as how Grimlock in RID15 isn't in the G1 colours. Not to mention I'm not sure if having either Lockdown figures will fit into the general scale in the line since they're from an era that didn't get hit by the economy yet. Yeah we got the ROTF Sideways mold as Mirage/Dino in the Takara AOE Generations line from last year but even then the Sideways mold isn't anywhere near as big as both Lockdown molds.

So that does leave some possible ideas. One that it can be a brand new mold that confirms Lockdown to be in the show,a repaint of one of the characters like a Warrior Sideswipe figure for example or even something out of left field like take the TFA Rodimus figure and retool and repaint it into an AOE inspired Lockdown toy. I mean TFA Rodimus does evoke AOE Lockdown in a lot of ways design wise as well as RID15 Sideswipe.
