Target did the same thing with the Spider-Man 3 figures right after they came out. They're trying to sell in volume to beat out the competition on the initial rush to buy the new stuff.

So buy them on Saturday, and then go back in sometime next week with your receipt and they will price match them...

yeah i noticed at the local target they had about 1/3 of an isle cleared out and it said "we're cooking something up for you customers coming soon" something like that... i figured it was transformers cause there weren't any around the store at all...

Wow isn't this gonna create more work for themselves? Why don't they just have them on sale right on June 2nd? Most people are gonna grab them on Saturday and then find out it on sale on sunday?

Yeah there is an endcap for what I assume will be the Laser eye versions of Optimus and Bumblebee, a big Autobot Logo with flashing blue eyes, and a pic of Optimus with glowing eyes with circles around the image and bumble bee to the right of the head with the same images around him.

I am going tomorrow to get my gfs discount on Robot Heroes, and return the ones I bought at Wal-Mart tonight, and Swindle if they have it, all I am interested in so far from the movie line aside from Longview and some real gear, I will be focusing on the Robot Heroes, here is to hoping they make small loveable combiners(one figure of combined mode) not individuals.

All the combiners and city bots would be great.

I called one here locally the other day and talked to a girl at the toy dept and she had such extensive knowledge on Transformers toys(know the different categories and for movies she even knows the different class etc).
I had to ask if she was a collector and she said her boyfriend is a Transformers Fan! Lucky him!

i think i will be getting the robo vision prime. isnt it slightly smaller than the leader prime?

I am getting ready to head out to my Target hopefully they have Transformers out...I called a few days ago and they were nonchalant about it, going as far as telling me the price for transformers is $7.99(as in all transformers cost $7.99!) I asked if they had the $40 Prime and they guy replied "where did you find the $40 one" rudely and kept saying "don't know" to my questions.
So I just have to go in and check it out myself. I wanna get the Target Robo Vision Prime too, its a lot smaller than the Leader class prime though. From the pics, it looks like the leader class prime when in truck mode is in scale with the voyager series where as the Target Prime is a tad smaller in truck mode.

Yep - and for my money, it looks a whole lot closer to the actual CGI model than the leader class version. I picked him up today (sadly it was just me and my son who seemed to be buying any TF stuff), and I couldn't be more pleased. The fact that the scale is off isn't a huge issue for me.

I got the robovision Prime too...the paint job rules.

Just blew nearly $200 at Target.

Cool, so it'll still be going on, for when I can finnal get out there with some cash!

I really like the Robovision Prime, just played with it with my son just now, so far we only got Wreckage and this Prime.
At Target they also have Kids swimpants and T-Shirt. I also went to the $1 section and bought a Coloring Book, 2 transformers nylon backsacks, and pencils. Lots of other stuff like frisbee etc...
I am having trouble using the Robovision at Target.com it says Upgrade to Flash 8. But I have a higher version. Seems weird like the page is static or something.

Just got back from Target with Robo Vision Prime, Bonecrusher, and Robot Heroes Ultra Magnus Vs. Megatron...and some Jack Link's Beef Jerky.

No Peter Cullen Voice Changers though.

bought Robo Vision Prime Saturday and came in again on Sunday showed the reciept and they matched the sale price and returned the difference.

Managed to pick up Bumblebee and Barricade as well with the new sale price.

Just got back from Target, showed my receipt and got back $5 too.
All the deluxe were at $7.99, and Leader Prime $40. My son was lucky he saw the one and only last Blackout so we bought it for $17.99. So far the blackout doesn't have any problems.
We are battling them out now.

Damn I wish I had the money you guys had
