Transformers Animated toys are now available for pre-order through Amazon.com. For those of you who've been waiting for these figures to hit the shelves, preorders will be filled by May, 1st.

...much like Amazon's October 3rd date for getting their hands on my Beast Wars Sourcebook TPB (now changed to "We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.")

Yeah, umm, those aren't being SOLD on Amazon -- they are being SCALPED on Amazon. None of the figures I saw are being sold directly from Amazon.com except for the Optimus/Megs two-pack, and all the rest are all ridiculously overpriced...

The person offering it up for sale is just an Amazon seller and he's trying to get 50.00 a peice for them (not including shipping). I would like to know when the official Amazon release of the toys is. I wouldn't trust a seller on Amazon who is obviously out to rip people off who have been waiting so long for these toys to be released.
