TFCC G2 Ramjet Robot Mode Image

Really? Seriously? I was just fixing to post this .

Anyhoo...I don't have any of the botcon G2 stuff but I like seeker and this one looks pretty good. Will get it anyhow.

Hehe, he looks like a pimp. But I don't see any Rob-T mode, some sort of pretender shell mode?

The reactions are a little exaggerated but I can relate. Stickers just means more opportunity for bad placement sort of ruining the deco or being the same the thing as shoddy QC. I'm hoping that if those are indeed stickers, that they're not pre-applied. I can live with stickering it myself or not at all.

As stated already the possibility of bad QC. I already have nightmares of when i picked up my turbo tracks and the rub sign was half lifted off and dry, and really off center. Maybe just mine though.

G2, or at least it's colour stylings, should remain in the past. He's like robot corduroy, blech!

Any members think they could maybe middle man one of these for ol'Dagon? The registration date completely snuck up on me, and I'd love to get one of these, if anyone could grab an extra. I'll pay the regular price, not no 200% increase like P/CP was going for.

Ill be getting one. If the labels are messed up, doesnt Reprolabels have a ramjet set with the majority of the labels ??? (minus his name on the side of the jet which nobody likes anyways)

Now I still want Universe Onslaught in G2 colors. I would kill for that.

Stickers aside, I love the colors, it'll go well with all the bright colors i plan on having in my collection by the time it comes out.

The nosecone is remolded in rubber. It is different from the classics and henkei releases.

Not bad! does have some feel G1 like. But I have to see the real thing to decide.

G2 Ramjet actually looks pretty decent, I'm giving him serious thought despite not being a member (of course it's the Seeker fan in me speaking). Bring on Action Master Thundercracker!

eh, Im fine with the hasbro classics Ramjet on my shelf right now. It might look good with the G2 Botcon 2010 set but I dont have that either. I would get the animated Cheetor before I buy this anyway.

I think this depending on your luck, even Takara Tomy also have a same problem on loose joints. I have some TT Henkei toy like that in a new packing and even MP Grimlock are affected. That is sad....

I'm using super glue to tighten up all my joints and it works like a charm. Hopefully all your issues are ball jointed or hinged with enough access to get some glue in the joint. I just added some glue to my classics Hound at the hip ball joints, as well as the crotch plate hinge; now I can squeeze the chest upper torso down tight to the frame, and slam the crotch plate up against the bottom of the chest and it sits securely.

I hope the stickers come on sheet and not already pre- applied. I dont hate the stickers but it would be good if we at least had the option of seeing the fig without them first.

Either way I'm still going to pick this up.

According to the post on the TFCC homepage they will come affixed.

Those are stickers and this is a final sample so it is the final coloring.

I'm ok with the stickers. I really like the colors on the wings. I'm just generally excited about this. I even picked up a loose G2 Ramjet to join him!

How many 8 year old kids are even getting these $60 deluxe figures? Seems a little unnecessary to take extra safety percautions on these.

I don't recall or have them at near ATM, do Thrust or Dirge have rubber nosecones?

That's what I thought...so make the one figure of the bunch very few kids will actually get a hold of extra "safe".

Ramjet's new motto should be, "Safety first!" or maybe "Watch your head sir."

Matching the original is at least somewhat plausible. While not impossible, I find it hard to believe that TFCC has to put a rubber nosecone on the same base mold that Hasbro has put on the mass market twice in the last six months with no rubber nose.
