Just a quick note to let you know that the figures are in our warehouse! We are going to do the best we can to get them out before BotCon (no guarantees). But we need your help. If you have moved since the program started last fall, we need you log in at: mastercollector.com/fss/event.cfm?eid=3 and update your address.
This needs to be done by Monday morning 9am Eastern Time so we can work on generating the shipping documents. We cannot be responsible for reshipments for anything that is sent to an incorrect address. If you can't remember your password, go to the club: TransformersClub.com/shop and use the "remember me" function under the My Account tab. Please do not call as we are preparing for BotCon and we don't have the capacity to handle many calls and get ready for the show.
After the first shipment goes out, we will let you know what the billing dates will be for the two installments.
We appreciate your patience in this program. The delay has been very frustrating to us as well, and the manufacturer has assured us that it won't happen again. We know you will love your figures!
Thanks for your support,
Brian

The club won't fess up to the truth that we already pretty much know at this point.

Actually, I'm pretty sure they said that somewhere on an email, something along the lines of "at this point, these figures are so late we're just gonna make the best we can of a bad situation and combine the shipments." Remember, shipping things out of China in containers is not like dropping a box off at UPS, factories can and will wait to send a box when they fill it. And it takes a lot of TFs to fill a box.

Perhaps you're right, but I recall hearing somewhere (the Twincast Podcast) that they've done this pretty much every year with the TFCC exclusives too and always claimed it was a manufacturing delay. It was speculated that they're just doing it every year to save some $ on shipping. I wouldn't blame them if they were, but if that's what's going on then they should be up front about it instead of claiming every year that it's an issue with the factories after they've promised the figures much earlier. At least then we wouldn't be anticipating the figures showing up long before they actually will.

We really need everyone to update their own account if you have moved as if there are too many that we have to do, we will not be able to ship this week and they will be delayed until the middle of July. We desperately want to get these to you. We have all been waiting a long time for these items to arrive.
After the first shipment goes out, we will let you know what the billing dates will be for the two installments.
