Don't tell Harmony Gold, it looks very G1.

They're set to ship out on Friday if ordered on their website. Not sure if they'll be in stores.

Wave 3 includes Scrapper, Longhaul, Bonecrusher, Swoop, Sludge, Rumble, Frenzy, Lazerbeak, Buzzsaw, Trailbreaker, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack, Hound and Blitzwing. That's 14 more characters to fill out your Autobot and Decepticon ranks.
These all look amazing, I just have no room anymore for a new collection.

Exactly. The right way.

Either way, these guys are super cute, wish I could find them.

Well technically in the Japanese version of the cartoon, Frenzy was the blue guy and Rumble was the red guy (thus resulting in Rumble barely showing up and Frenzy being the main humanoid cassette).
Honestly although the overwhelming evidence in canon points towards FIBRIR I prefer FIRRIB, simply because that was how I remember them (I only ever saw the cartoon on videotape in the early 2000s, long after G1 was a thing- and because I never saw the RID cartoon nor did I know it existed, I always thought it was weird how the cartoon Transformers had absolutely no relation to the toys- thus beginning my history of assigning "home grown" personalities to my TFs). Also, it just seems to suit them better.
Now if only someone would make a Frenzy, Rumble and Ravage for Cybertron Soundwave so I can have a Soundwave with decent, non-floppy minions that doesn't turn into a goddamn tape deck...
On topic, these look kinda cool. I'm worried about how well they'll age though- isn't vinyl very squishy and prone to drying out (and also the paint flaking)?

When these first came out, I managed to hold myself back from getting into them so I missed wave 1 but with wave 2, just like the kreos, something about these little guys just screamed "buy me!"

I'm not buying damn master cases and selling them. That's work. I really, really don't like this business model when the chase figures aren't things like the Sunstorms and variants of other characters like they were in the past. Not that I'm uber completionist on these, quite the contrary, I only get a handful of them on impulse and the characters that I like. Were they not blind boxed/chase figure BS land residents, then maybe that'd be different. They also cost too much.
Basically, this weekend I learned that the vinyl figure collecting thing which has overlapped with Transformers on these and Hikari or whatever is just not a scene I enjoy in the slightest.
Though, I will still buy that Wheeljack because it's cool.

I caught a glimpse of these Loyal Subjects vinyl Transformers figures at the impressive Seattle Emerald City Comic Con Bluefin Distribution booth this weekend and it was love at first sight! They look great displayed alongside larger official Transformers toys. I can't wait to start collecting more of them!

I randomly picked up a series two last week end (got Slag), and was really impressed with not only the new articulation but also the amount of accessories he came with.
Makes me want to track down a few more. I'm loving the look of the Lazerbeak/Buzzsaw mold.

From The Loyal Subject:
Les Schettkoe is back at the podium again at 1p. This is super heat on all levels. The famous Construction "Yellow" Constructicon set in all it's glory! A three pak including Bonecrusher, Longhaul and our Devastating pal Scrapper. Scrapper comes with three sound bites, including the Transformers Theme Song! This three pak is windowbox and only 500 avail for those brave enough to dance with 2/3rds of Devastator.
Stay tuned for the Three o'Clock and 5 o'Clock Friday July 10th drops coming tomorrow!

Not surprising based on the grammar in the rest of their release, but this Scott Steiner math that they're running works out to Devastator being comprised of 4.5 robots.

Titan Devastator is a slap in the face to those who wanted a decent Devastator so I guess we've come full circle.

How do you figure? This is just a dude with a license repainting some figures he's already got out in green anyway. Hasbro does nothing but put a rubber stamp on it, if even that. May have carte blanche outside of character selection for all we know.

I didn't mean to imply this was anything other than a coincidence. But think about it:ScottyP wrote:How do you figure?
