Well, it would appear from the recently-posted video that Windblade's stock photos do in fact seem to show her mistransformed. It looks like her wings do actually sit behind her shoulders, but the 3D renders just missed that step - that, or she just looks a lot better in person.

On the other hand, Nautica's vehicle mode is really just disappointing. Notably moreso than Brainstorm, it's literally just a purple Blurr with some turbines on the sides. Not to mention the fact that she still has that convertible-canopy thing going on - how is she meant to function as a submarine with a giant gaping hole in the cabin roof?

I also spy a sneaky Skrapnel in among the Trypticon display! It could just be so they can have all the Insecticons together, but the only other old figure in the display seems to be Cosmos - who's getting a reissue in TR. Could this mean a reissued Skrapnel in the near-ish future? (Wishful thinking I'm sure but I really hope so, T30 Legends never appeared in my area and now he's the only Insecticon I don't have. )

Still pretty certain that Seaspray is going to be one of the line's biggest slam-dunks. He just looks totally flawless!

At first disappointed that Thunderwing's just a head. But then I saw it and thought... eh... Don't like the face so I can skip it anyways and I don't really want a version of Sky Shadow as Thunderwing anyways. I'll keep waiting for a decent voyager Marvel-esque Thunderwing.


G2 Prime looks funky.

Blitzwing is the best toy Blitz has ever got and far better than the Generations one but I'm much happier with the mold as my Megatron.

So yeah thankfully I can skip most Titans now cos Last Knight's gonna cost me enough.

I'm not sure my signature can even be fulfilled anymore

So are the clones going to be box set exclusives only? Would be a pity.

Sea spray looks great if a little boxy
Blitzwing looks good and will get though I have the thrilling 30s one which is nice enough, he had too many design issues
Octane is a good update and always liked the character
Overlord will be a buy too.
Though it was a no brainier that they'd release twin twist I'm glad its there... besides having him as a kid and actually I recall finding him quite a fun figure in spite of his simplicity, it would've been quite bad if they didn't complete the set.
Bit disappointed regarding the thunderwing and rodimus heads as I was hoping to see new figures

Trypticon is great and makes one wonder what could have been with fortress if the designers had carte Blanche

Magnus prime is a cool name

I like windblade... I have the original release and she was a bit unstable..

Still hoping for more targetmasters... misfire, slug singer and crosshairs seem to be the ones that could use existing molds relatively easily

Those are Master ports, they insert and gain a gimmick on some Headmaster/Powermaster bots

Which is a shame, because the deco now means that Optimus turns into a jet that flies past you at extreme speeds while showing a picture of him burning down a forest. If anything could be added to him to make that sticker from the original toy more awesome, it's that

I wouldn't hold out on Iron Apex/Apex Bomber. The single rumour for him comes from a mostly-accurate list that said these boxsets would contain a deluxe Iron Apex that attaches to a Delta Magnus-coloured Powermaster Optimus Prime (ie not the Ginrai mold). The same rumours also failed to mention Metalhawk, said one of the included Titan Masters would be 'Thunderclap', and if I recall correctly said the clones would be Deluxe.

Given all this it's safe to assume that these particular rumours on the list were either wildly inaccurate or were working from early information and plans for the sets that for some reason Hasbro changed later (speculate on that as you may). Hence right now, we have no indication that Hasbro plans to release a Godbomber/Iron Apex to combine with either Powermaster Optimus Prime or Magnus Prime.



... also, he's called Octone? I'm not disbelieving you, but where'd you see that? That's... that's just a really dumb name.
