Cover looks good, though. Will definitely pick this up

Brig on the score. Don't want the stuff heard for .2 seconds in passing from a car driving past the camera to fit in a brief sound clip and then calling it part of the soundtrack...

Orchestration, orchestration, orchestration.
Please be orchestration.

I don't need to hear rotten MTV music while I'm trying to enjoy myself.

You normally don't put orchestration on a soundtrack for this kind of thing.
Though it would've been nicer.
*Repeatedly listens to the New Theme.*

On what kind of thing? If this is simply a "music from the movie" CD, then I will be inclined to agree with you, but if this is the actual "soundtrack", which I think applies to the movie score and all that, then I disagree, because they quite often have orchestration.
Here's hoping they have a seperate album for the score, rather than this lineup of bland and commonplace bands.

No one from the movie ever said anything about Stan Bush.
Stan Bush said "I'm writing a song and hopefully I can get it on the soundtrack because I'm broke and the royalty checks from "The Touch" just are what they used to be."
But seriously it was never confirmed that he had anything to do with the soundtrack. I'm curious to see what the Disturbed song is.

Sorry, but wikipedia is not a reliable source for anything. Though, this may very well be true. If it is, then there's more money I get to save by not buying this crap album!
I guess this does kinda support the theory that Stan Bush didn't get his track in. Bummer! I still want to hear it sometime though!
This cover could still be for either CD, if both are made. It does say "music" from the movie, not inspired or anything like that (I would find it hard to believe that each of those songs is in the movie). So who knows exactly what this means.
Bring on the music score CD! At least there's still something to hope for!

Okay, I just saw the other thread on this, and it looks like people are accepting this as the track list. I'm still not a fan of wikipedia, but it seems that someone reliable might have posted this there. All my other comments remain the same.

Seriously, It would have been daft to go with anything else.
