The two holiday catalogues from Toysrus and Walmart are out now in Canada and both feature our favourite brand prominently. Walmart mainly shows Transformers Toys from the Last Knight with a series of rollback we previously listed in detail here. The Toysrus catalogue shows some love to Titans Return as well with the prices on deluxes and voyagers reduced by $3 and $5 respectively. As for the Last Knight toys, it seems Toysrus is on par with the price drops from Walmart, making the prices similar to what they would have been before the price jump for the movie line. You can click each picture below to be brought to the respective holiday guides.
The Walmart catalogue also confirms that the Titan hero figures from Transformers The Last Knight were Walmart exclusives all along. The Walmart catalogue can be used for price matching at Toysrus and vice versa (though Walmart appears to be pickier with the toy needing to be the same as the image in the flyer). Good. Glad to see a lot TF stuff particularly TLK but would be nicer if it was new Bee rather than Wave 1 Bee shown there. Anyways christmassy christmas. I've deliberately held off on the TLK Blu Ray so it gives someone else (one individual in particular) something easy to obtain to get me as a present cos apparently I'm a really 'tricky bastard to buy a gift for'.

Not "around". They WERE. And those TrU exclusive deluxes, Megatron and Skullitron? 40$CAN. Each. (Glad I got both at less than 19$CAN each due to a price fokkop and Québec's accurate pricing law).

Regular TLK deluxes are 30$CAN while other deluxes from other lines are 20$CAN. Still, it seem it's the end of the TLK line and both Walmart and TrU are putting their regular TLK deluxes at 20$CAN.

Canadians looking for bargains this holiday season may be in luck. Winners has received a lot of various new Transformers stock. The offerings at this Market Six store will differ from location to location so these are just a few examples. Warrior class figures from the Robots in Disguise Soundwave / Blurr wave have been found for $12.99. This would explain why this particular wave had a very short lived shelf life with the primary Hasbro retailers, the stock was dumped to Winners/TJX.

Speaking of Robots in Disguise, you can also find the Crash Combiners for $14.99. There was also Rescue Bots items, such as the different playsets, Transformers: The Last Knight Optimus Prime Knight Armor for $19.99, and still many many Titan Heroes figures from Age of Extinction (those are of course not new, but seem fully restocked). There have also been reports on seeing the Toysrus Exclusive Platinum Year of the Monkey Optimus Primal for $80. It seems most of this stock is coming from Toysrus, with exclusives such as Optimus Primal and some Power Rangers Legacy items showing up.

For the fans wondering where the Fidget It Transformers spinners can be found in Canada, it seems like Dolarama is the place to go. With Dollarama recently becoming more involved than ever in the discount store territory, taking older stock from other retail stores, it is unsure if this product comes directly from Hasbro or from a big box store that simply no longer wants to stock spinner toys. They are all across Canadian Dollarama stores for only $2 a piece.

While Black Friday has not always been a tradition in Canada, the past couple of years have seen stores step up their game and giving some pretty great deals. This year though, both Walmart and Toysrus don't have anything specific to the brand. All that Toysrus has is a deal where if you buy 100$ worth of anything, you get a 15$ coupon for your next purchase. You can see the flyer here.

Hallmark G1 Optimus Prime Xmas ornamnet spotted at Canadian Tire Burlington (Burlington mall) there is one left and its a mispaint. My husband confirms there is only one left as he works there and checked the computer.

You'll find it in a rack near the front door.

Irony of it was I was just looking in hallmark for them, and found it in CT.

It may have come unnoticed, but adventure kits have been popping up for Transformers: The Last Knight. These kits are for kids to use outdoors and includes a flashlight, binoculars and a telescope. These are all covered in art featuring the movie characters, especially Sqweeks. This kit is also available online at Toysrus.ca for $19.99 CAD for those interested.
Speaking of Sqweeks, his AllSpark Tech toy was also found in Canada. This is a starter kit like the two Optimus releases. However, and this is a point some may not know, this toy does not transform. This is unlike every other toy in this line which does have a simple transformation. This does make him more movie accurate, of course.

These toys were found in Montreal, Canada, at Toysrus.

Picked up a Power of the Primes Jazz and Slug at Walmart in Chatham Ontario on Saturday. They were the only Prime figures left. Did not expect to see them so soon.

Toysrus Canada said it would be business as usual with them and that includes the great deals. This week, from March 16 to 22, they have a mix and match sale where you can buy any toy from a variety of brands, including all things Transformers and the second toy you buy would be 50% off. You can combine any toys from different brands. The 50% off would be on the toy of lesser or equal value.

That is not all, oh no, that is not all. This deal is stackable against the current Hasbro coupons which are set to expire March 31st. And these coupons include a Buy 2 Get 1 Free, so buying three Generations $20 deluxes would mean that the first is full price, the second is half priced, and the third is free. Which would mean three deluxe class Transformers for $30 CAD ($22.90 USD). The coupon for 20$ off 50$ would also be stackable with their BOGO deal if that is used instead. So there are a lot of savings to be had by all and this could be the time to buy the wave 1 POTP toys you may have been waiting to get or even the time to buy The Last Knight Cogman, who is showing up at Toysrus stores across the country.
