Hasbro has revealed in full the toys from the Transformers Seige line, which is under the War for Cybertron trilogy, during the SDCC 2018 breakfast event. We have many images below where you can see:

Ultra Magnus
Ironhide
Optimus Prime
Chromia
Sideswipe
Cog
Battlemasters
Micromasters

The display shows off how the whole line centres around customizable weapons. You can even use the flame effects in the micromaster cars to make it look like they are going super fast. Of course these are al hand painted prototypes so it is not indicative of th final deco. Chromia is a retool of POTP Moonracer but her combiner component may have been removed. Ultra Magnus is also quite the enigma. He seems to be a white prime covered in armour and while th robot mode is spot on G1, the truck mode is an homage to the original RID show.

It was really Cobotron's list. He's the one who chose the top candidates, if h wants to redo it thats fine by me.

Ironhide is a must-buy, Magnus is pretty cool but I’m not interested in most of the others yet. Wonder what the Decepticons look like. . .

Yup. Looks to be fashioned very similarly to the MP Magnus.

I still think it is a leader class figure and I actually prefer that way. As for the deluxe weaponizer, I think it is a combination of weapons from other figures. For example, the torso part seems to be from Ultra magnus, as you can see those wheels. It could also very likely to be the other way around, a deluxe figure that can be dissembled into weapons for other robots.

Well what do you know, Ironhide, Hound, and Magnus actually look interesting, especially since they actually look like they have Cybertronian alt modes, unlike Floodlight Prime and his partner-in-crime Sidevents.

I wish there was a clear shot of robot mode Cog in this, instead of just having to pick out which weapon pieces are his parts, but he still interests me.

I...can't tell if the front of Chromia's alt mode has a peghole for a combiner HFG or armor. It might, but this angle doesn't help.

And here I thought more G1 would be boring same old...I mean, some of it is, but some of it is actually surprisingly interesting.

Now, um, Hasbro, question: where are the Decepticons?

This new Generations batch looks very promising, but I like the mud/wear effect even less here. Wish this "line unification" would end.

Well, I'm buying it all. I wasn't going to get that Magnus, but between the RID style alt mode and the fact that it seems to have a white prime on the inside, it's a must buy for me now.

As I thought, all micromasters and weaponizers will be mine...especially the wolf sword...all the rest can go hang

but it's only half a display without the people they are fighting against...

Now I need the Magnus, even though he will be expensive because he is a Leader Class figure. The Micromasters look great and so do Chromia and Ironhide.

2 questions

Is chromia a repaint of moonraker?

Micromasters look to have same articulation as originals so why bother with new?
