Ugh... All these generic as possible choices make me wanna chuck.

Grimlock and Optimus Prime. Your favorite, constantly regurgitated bots that the fans love, oh so much. Of course someone will point out to me that an Arcee shirt got picked. Oh yes, a female Autobot on a t-shirt designed by a female. Of course it had to be there, because Transformers fans are going through their little 'feminist stage'. Granted, I did vote that shirt positively, if only because I figured Arcee was a better choice than the other common picks, as well as her being based on on her IDW design rather than geewun like every Optimus and Grimlock design.

Good job playing it safe.

I kinda like the "fossil" Grimlock one, though I prefer that artist's other shirt way better -- the olde time piano Soundwave.
Actually, a lot of the non-contest TF shirts are really awesome: The Star Scream, "Me HATE Push-Ups", the Mega Man/Megatron one (Robot Master)...

Yeah, I wasn't too happy with the winning choices myself, but we only had the Optimus Prime one to pick (as staff), and we didn't get our first pick either due to internal conflicts and rights and things. *waves hands*

It was generally slim pickings in terms of anything interesting to begin with, but I'm not surprised it wasn't your first pick.

Tasked with the most boring choice possible and then expected to follow strict guidelines on even that.

Also Hot Topic's choice... That kinda takes the cake in terms of how badly this system was set up. Optimus category, Grimlock category, Hot Topic chooses one with both of them, then the winner by vote and runner up are both Grimlock... Yeah no flaws there at all.

You might remember the WeLoveFine Transformers Art Contest from a while back, in which Seibertron.com also had a say in the winning t-shirts (for the Optimus Prime designs, at least) - well, the website got back to us recently, letting us know that some of the other top choices were liked so much that they're releasing more t-shirts from the contest. Check out below the new selection of seven more Transformers themed clothing!

Those are some pretty sick designs, good to see some more are seeing the light of day.
