We thank Nemesis Primal and JT Prime for letting us know of this possible breakdown of exclusives. Some we know, but there are a few we did not like some of the Target and Amazon exclusives for the Legacy line.

Walmart: Velocitron line (Cosmos, Road Rocket, Armada Blurr, Burn-Out, Clampdown, Road Hauler, Override, Black Convoy)

Walgreens: Legacy Minerva

Target: Buzzworthy Legacy Silverstreak, Buzzworthy Legacy Multipack (Goldbug, Ransack, Paralyzer, Toy Scorponok), Buzzworthy Legacy Toy deco Terrorsaur, Buzzworthy Legacy Accessory Pack (Red Cog). We have a listing for this terrorsaur, pictured below.

Amazon: Legacy Fractyl, Legacy Wreckers Impactor (includes one of the rumored Fossilizers based on price), Legacy Wreckers Leadfoot, Legacy Wreckers Topspin (Saltman deco), Legacy Wreckers Twin Twist (Saltman deco), Legacy Bulkhead redeco, Legacy Springer (includes one of the rumored Fossilizers based on price)

Hasbro Pulse: Legacy Pulsecon set (Orion Pax & Alpha Trion)

Non exclusive selects releases: Legacy Selects Guard, Legacy Selects DK3, Legacy Selects Cyclonus' Armada, Legacy Beast Wars Buzzsaw, Legacy Beast Wars Sandstorm, Legacy Nightprowler,

Prepare to be disappointed as it'll probably be had Worlds Collide Bumblebee mold redecoed gold with a recoloured Shattered Glass Goldbug head....

Actually it'll just be a redecoed Shattered Glass Goldbug

If you're asking about the source, there isn't really any straight from Hasbro. It's more a "the most likely" kind of thing given there are two main versions of the original BW Terrorsaur toy: the show-colored Takara variant, and the original release.

If it is that, it'll fit nicely with the World Collide Blackarachnia.

So far, all we have is the fact that a credible source of information posted a list of exclusives that specified a Target exclusive Toy deco Terrorsaur, and then a half-hour later the Terrorsaur listing in the article was found.

Donkey Kong 3 is an actual game if you must know:

Seriously though, DK-3 is the blue Trailbreaker based on a Diakron release. DK-1 is Spin-Out, and DK-2 is black Ironhide.

Has there ever been any example of an amazon exclusive getting a single release by another store?

Yeah, but that's not a 'single release' in the way he meant. He meant 'has there ever been a figure singly released from a pack on it's own from an Amazon exclusive with no redeco.'

No, that has never happened but that Punch Counterpunxh is a good example of the same exclusive having 2 separate releases with a minor difference in deco (ie, not being different enough to reference something dustinctive).

1. I don't think that's ever happened before.
2. Selects Galvatron didn't have Toy Colors in it's listing either (it just said Selects as opposed to Kingdom, which is equivalent to saying Legacy/BB instead of Kingdom), and none of the Netflix guys mentioned being battle-damaged, but all those releases came that way anyway.

They had different color screws and a different paint finish, according to the wiki, but that was pretty par for the course with Takara releases of Hasbro figures at the time. I don't know that that's comparable to what is being suggested here.

Interesting new information, but I will say I am sad that we are getting "toy decos" instead of actual repaints. I would be excited for more of the exclusive beasts if they were new characters like Lazorbeak or Hydra for Terrorsaur, or if Blackarachnia was actually arcee or something. Things like Sandstorm and Antagony make me more excited.

I also appreciate the diaclone repaints, allows me to get molds I would otherwise pass on in the diaclone colors to make that little squad

When it comes to exclusive decos, they usually stay with the store they were exclusive to. Molds can be exclusive to one retailer, but they usually end up with others in different colors.

Think of it this way: Hasbro released Terrorsaur for Amazon to sell, and only Amazon. If they were to release the exact figure, sans an accessory or two, via a competitor to Amazon, they'd be shooting themselves in the foot; not just at the moment, but for any future business as well. Breach of company trust, you know?

My point: it has to be a different deco. Different deco, different product. If it was the same deco as the Amazon one, ergo the same product that they have exclusive rights to, that store could grow a hissy fit.

Regarding the different Terrorsaurs, the Golden Disk Amazon version represents the show model or Japanese toy D-5 mostly red with the yellow beak.
Image

The Target version will most likely represent the toy released for the American and other markets with the spots.

I'm glad we're getting Fractyl and hopefully we get Lazorbeak and/or Hydra. Wouldn't mind Strafe or Swoop/Terranotron repaints, either.

The Target version will most likely represent the toy released for the American and other markets with the spots.

I'm glad we're getting Fractyl and hopefully we get Lazorbeak and/or Hydra. Wouldn't mind Strafe or Swoop/Terranotron repaints, either.

How long before they change the Black Convoy name to Scourge?

Seeing as they're using the "Black Convoy" name to avoid overlap/confusion with G1 Scourge, I'd say never.

Okay then do the yu-gi-oh path and call him Dark Convoy. I just don't see Black Convoy being a viable name for a villain in modern day America.

Titan class Black Zarak, Kingdom Blackarachnia, Selects Black Roritchi, etc. all say "Hi."

Why? The 'black' doesn't connotate a race. I have no issue with "Black Convoy" although if they're going to change it, it would be "Nemesis Prime", not "Scourge".

If Rack N Ruin is a weaponiser I'd even buy the crappy springer again just to get him. Fractyl and Packrat are my only musts with out seeing the other figures though.

Red Cog should be a want for me but I'm okay with having the power dashers.

Being PC doesn't start with companies using a certain word for whatever reason, but with the people using the word in a way that is meant to be offensive >:oP Besides AFAIK the Yu-Gi-Oh thing has more to do with Black Magic, which is taboo in certain religious circles.

*ahem* Sorry about that.

About the Salt-Man decos... which ones are gonna be used? Given the penchant for the Design Team to use TFWiki (and not look beyond), yellow and black for Twin Twist and either red and white or green and white for Topspin, despite more decos being documented. :-?

That didn't take long. We wrote just the other day of upcoming figures in the Generations Selects line and now we have a shot of them. What you will see below is what we are guessing to be Generations Selects Bluestreak, Buzzsaw, Guard and Nightprowler. Of those, only Nightprowler was previously never seen but it does give us further assurance as to the release of the other ones and it's our best look at them yet. Guard is the black Ironhide redeco which is based on his Diaclone release (and subsequently/coincidentally, his Bayverse deco), Buzzsaw is the Waspinator mold with the robot face rather than the mutant head, Bluestreak is the latest Datsun style mold and Nightprowler is based on the Kingdom Cheetor mold.

Most of these are not exclusve to any one retailer but they will be predominantly sold online rather than in stores, as is the case with all Selects releases. If any of these turns out not to be a Selects release, then it can be exclusive.
