Check out the image we mirrored below for your viewing pleasure, and let us know what you think of this design.
Hasbro/Takara, if you aren't already making a toy of WWII Bee, you better damn well get started.

1 Bumblebee here was going to be a British armored scout like the mk1 but that was changed to whatever the white car in the movie was.
2: Josh designed some of the prison bots (Nitro Zeus and the other decepticons) and in his words
Yes they were based off of bots from other films. I think maybe the idea was seeing how those bots changed after being in prison.
This suggests that perhaps these Decepticons are either the original models (Onslaught being Long haul, Nitro Zeus being Shockwave, etc) or that these guys were from DOTM as the Decepticon reinforcements from the moon.
My head canon is that Onslaught is the same guy as the Garbage truck guy from DOTM it makes sense

Also on a thread on Tfw2005 Josh said he was going to upload WW2 Hot Rod concept art tomorrow he also told me he will eventually show off the Prison Decepticon concept art and there will probably be other stuff too.

All there is right now is the Bumblebee pic and Megatron but Josh said he will upload WW2 Hot Rod tommorow and he told me he will upload the prison Decepticons at some point.

Take a look at his other movies too such as doctor strange

WW2 Hot Rod. This was my favorite version based off a Sherman tank. Base Hot Rod design was done by ILM. #transformersthelastknight #transformers
It's a very cool design, so check it out below!

Like I said, we saw them do it with Prime in the previous movie, and that was the last movie toy I've bought. Although I may pick up a couple of headmasters from this movie line, just because I need bodies for the extra heads that came with the mini toys.

Hot Rod has his design made and that's that there's no point in being all "he could of been this" what's done is done.
In my opinion this Hot Rod is still better then that whiny idiot prick from the G1 series.

That would be something original for once setting wise instead of the modern day or the future.

Yeah but with less trains and more variation in alt modes, most of the characters would be military vehicles and their colors would be like what we have in these concepts where the colors are still there but their not bright or flashy.
The military look these guys have is a consent reminder that the Autobots and Decepticons are soldiers from two army factions who are consistently trying to destroy the other like in the theme song, like imagine them charging at each other and some Humans with the Autobots and some Humans on their own side like say Germany or there is a firefight and all of them are in trenches or cover as bullet and missiles fly across the battlefield kind of like the opening of TLK but without the knights and more guns.
I also really like Halo, Xcom and other sci-fi military stuff so this is right up my alley.

No, those aren't Steampunk, they weren't even Dieselpunk. Cogman was more in-line with the Steampunk aesthetic.

And Bulldog, Edmund's guard though he's a WWI tank rather than WWII. That's already three potential World War military TF toys right there.

Megatron's jet mode

Submarine scenes

Merlin tomb

Dead knight hallway

Cybertron landscape

Sea shark (This is very likely the sub transformer that did not transform in the movie)

And this poster concept that has Galvatron in it. (likely a place holder)

#barricade from #transformersthelastknight. ILM ended up putting a different head on him later on.
ILM of course referencing the famous effects studio, Industrial Light and Magic.

The next set comes from artist Thomas Pringle, mainly, with some collaboration pieces with Furio Tedeschi. They depict scenery, such as a sunken shark-looking robot, as well as various ships and fuori terra backdrops, as well as a detailed look at Megatron's alt mode. Check the staggering amount of images mirrored below.

The anonymous source, close to Huahua, says the following in the article:
We have incurred losses for the first months of the current year. These are not trivial losses; they are huge losses.
Viacom needs to explain a better plan for how it spends [our] investment money
This has prompted Viacom (the owner of Parmount) executives to visit China in hope to reassure Huahua.
The article specifically highlights Transformers: The Last Knight as a major factor in the current distress, here is another quote from the article:
The company was particularly incensed that the most recent “Transformers” did not perform better in China. The film made nearly $230 million in the Middle Kingdom, but that was a significant drop-off from the $320 million earned by its predecessor, “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” in 2014.

SnoopDawg wrote:Am I the only one who thinks that Barricade concept art looks bad*ss? I definitely prefer the concept over the actual.
Me as well in fact I thought of a way to use both designs that would of made people happy.
The concept art up there would be the actual Barricade

While the one used in the film would become Barricade's Vehicon squad which would be kind of like a real life police squad and there would be around 6-8 of them in the movie...they would be cannon fodder but they would be awesome while being so. and would probably be a reason to have some of the Decepticons survive the movie or at least last until the final battle unlike what happened to them in the movie.

As you can see by the art alone there is some differences between the two designs besides the heads for example Barricade is black and white while the Vehicons would be blue and white, the arm guns are different as well...also if this was my movie only Barricade would have knuckledusters and Barricade would keep his old "To punish and enslave" motto while the Vehicons would have "Keep calm and hail Megatron" that was on Barricade's car later in the film.
Huh while making this post I just noticed the revamped concept art has the rear view being the same colors and design (gun arm) as the first version Josh did but it has the new head.

Kurona wrote:Damn, that's surprising. Maybe this'll prompt Paramount into giving the movies a different approach?
I personally think its because Paramount was relying on this Transformers film to balance out the year's losses so far. So not only did its own budget need to be met, but previous losses too. And as of now, it has barely made back its budget in terms of revenue Paramount is actually getting.

Let's certainly hope so. You'd think they would listen to the fans or the declining interest in the movies.

It's franchise fatigue...the movies being mediocre just sped up the process that's finally starting to catch up with marvel films like look how Spiderman is doing.
I don't think the movies becoming "great" is going to help much...the awe factor that was around for 2007 and Rotf for Transformers movies being a new and big thing is gone so if a reboot happens all that's really going to happen is.
"Oh hey look another Transformers movie"
When was the last time people got excited for reboots again?
