Hasbro may have seemingly abandoned the Earthspark release of Deluxe Cosmos and failed to properly distribute Deluxe Soundwave but it looks like Takara Tomy has us covered. Newly revealed and ready for preorder the two figures are now coming to Japan as part of the New Legends line, further cementing the line as our new multiversal landing ground with no limits to what we can expect. And being part of the New Legends line there's a slim chance these will be released through Hasbro Pulse.

NL-06 Cosmos and NL-7 Soundwave will retail for around $25 each after discounts in Japan, though after shipping they may edge closer to leader price points. Soundwave has more red paint applications compared to the Hasbro release while dropping the silver paint on his head which is more cartoon accurate. For Cosmos the only obvious change appears to be the addition of silver fingers and maybe slight color shades. Both figures are expected in January.

Maybe I'm just half-asleep, but this has me wondering if Takara could do a Legends Earthspark Liege Maximo.

Takara's already released AOTP Liege Maximo in Japan.

And the whole second half of EarthSpark after it first 26 episodes never got dubbed or released in Japanese, so EarthSpark Liege Maximo is very little-known in Japan.
