If any toyline can trademark words that happen to apply to mundane electronic devices it'd be Transformers.

I hate the stupid trademark office. Hasbro has to be their top client. If one place should ever acidentally catch on fire and have it's records wiped out, this would be the place.

Omega Sentinel better be a BIG figure. Leader class at least. Or will it end up being one of those new playset/figures like Optimus Maximus or Bumblebee's battle suit?

Considering the links go to the actual US Patent/Trademark Office site, which confirm the applications, and not something... colorful, I'd say it isn't April Fools.

Not getting my hopes up though it would be cool to get another Scorponok. It's more likely Hasbro want to retain the trademarkfor potential new releases.

As much fun as speculation is, I wonder if sometimes they're just renewing the license. Although, I don't know anything about how that works, so my opinion is hardly valid...

I rather enjoyed Movie Scorponok, although his robot mode is lame(it's better than Ravage's). I was waiting for a DOTM Release, maybe a yellow fattail edition.
I'd rather have a new version of Energon Scorp though.
Generations Scorponok would be nuts!

All will be cyberverse scale or repaints of the BB prime mold in some form or fashion.
