Hasbro, Inc. Supports Victims of Hurricane Harvey
Hasbro, Inc. is committed to assisting children and families affected by Hurricane Harvey. Through Hasbro’s Play Relief program, in partnership with nonprofit organization Good360, Play Relief kits filled with toys and games are en route to Houston area shelters to provide a distraction and some sense of normalcy for children and their families who have been displaced by the historic storm.
Hasbro has also established an employee matching program in support of the American Red Cross and its
Hurricane Harvey Relief efforts. Hasbro is prepared to provide additional support to the children and families once their long-term needs become clearer.

Good. I'm glad they're pitching in to help the victims of this catastrophe.

I never thought the money I spent over the years on bots would be helping flood victims. Way to go, Hasbro!
I just scrolled up and saw the donation contest. That's pretty cool too. I never ordered from Chosen Prime before, but that's an awesome contest so I signed up just to donate. I'll have to buy something from them down the road just for them doing this.

I wanted to enter the Trypticon raffle but, the fact they wanted me to pay for shipping on a raffle ticket put me off

It's probably because I'm from ireland but paying €13.50 to ship nothing isn't a smart idea

This is great news. I myself am a survivor of Harvey, an unprecedented event. Unlike anything i have ever experienced in my entire life. The rain was relentless. But what made it worse was the flood waters. The dam near my home experienced a breach and substantial failure. As did another nearby dam. Thus sending millions of gallons of water stored in the reservoir behind, into the nearby neighborhoods. People then became trapped and had to be rescued by helicopter and boat. Most with their entire life contained in a garbage bag. Very saddening. Folks from all over the country down here risking their own lives to save people theyve never even met or seen. It was a beautiful thing. Americans helping fellow Americans.Fortunately i was spared. But others, so many others were not as fortunate. So many have either lost their homes, belongings, pets and even loved ones. So lets do what we can for the great state of texas and make donations. Every little bit helps.
Houston strong. Forever.
