New Images of Transformers: The Ride's Evac Cyververse and Deluxe

The Planet Iacon facebook page has shared an image of the upcoming Evac toys from one of the panel presentations at Cybertron Con. Evac is a character that was exclusively designed for Transformers: The Ride 3D, which is currently open at Universal Studios Singapore and will be opening this Spring at Universal Studios Hollywood. The character will be receiving two figures, Cyberverse and Deluxe, that will available at the ride's giftshop.

So, if the movie line is canceled, is the Deluxe finding a home anywhere? Lets hope it doesn't become a universal exclusive.

Isn't this guy included in the 3rd wave of PRID Legion class figures? Along with Breakdown and DOTM Mirage?

so is there any word on if the evac figures are only going to be available at the rides or will at least one see mass release, would be good promotion to have at least one floating around in stores

This thing has been existing as a prototype image for so long I thought he'd always be grey! I think he looked better in more drab colouring.

It clearly states in this story (and every other story I read about him)Evac is EXCLUSIVE TO THE UNIVERSAL STUDIOS GIFT SHOP!!

Geesh... I hate to be rude but read the dang story, and then maybe you will answer your own question's.

Ok, if you actually compare the official images, Evac shares a REMARKABLY similar appearance to DOTM Roadbuster, even in vehicle panel lines, limb structure, tire placement in bot mode, details, and mass. He even has the car flap on the back. If this is all true, this is either the most brilliant, or the cheapest thing Hasbro could have done.

I really wouldn't be surprised if whoever designed Evac heavily based it upon Roadbuster's model. Same with how Sideways seems to be based on Barricade's model.

Yah, it's just odd that they are THAT much alike. At least Sideways had noticeably different limbs.

Not 100% true. Evac will also be sold as a deluxe along with the other Asia-only, Movie Trilogy repaints that we're not getting in the states. That wave also includes the Soundblaster repaint and Wheeljack with G1 head.

The truth is, they actually are based on the same animation model or something, I saw it on tformers wiki. Just check Evac's page at the bottom under notes.

Legends Evac comes in wave 2 of the Prime Cyberverse line. (Along with Breakdown, DOTM Mirage, and DOTM soundblaster)
