I actually like Hasbro's deco better.

I like the toon accurate head and deco myself.

Yeah, it really highlights the differences in Takara and Hasbro's separate philosophies. Takara goes for what's toon-accurate - whether it looked good or not - while Hasbro goes for what they think will look good and appealing while still capturing the essence of the character. It's not a case of straight-up better and worse like say, CW Optimus Maximus vs UW Grand Prime; it's just whichever you prefer

In this case, both Hb and Takara's look BOSS! takara more on the anime, Hb more on the Sunbow or mix and match. Still both versions are awesome.

Fellow Seibertronian Cyberpath has shown us another Transformers Legends picture from TFYuki's Twitter account - amusingly enough, of their versions of Skullcruncher and Galvatron in Fortress Maximus-esque 'base modes'. Check out the picture below.

Galvatron's reminds me more of Energon Shockblast's Satellite Mode.

The worst part is that Nucleon looks about ready to slide down onto it.

Though talking of Nucleon, I'm kind of starting to want Takara's Galvatron just for him... that paintjob is delicious.

I actually managed to get a nice base mode out of Rewind, and a spider-tank mode for Hardhead
