Takara Tomy has updated their Transformers website with new information on upcoming products:

To commemorate the launch of Transformers United products, Takara Tomy is giving away 3 different Target Master Micron figures.

Recoil
- Toys R Us Japan exclusive
- Purchase of Transformers United products for more than Yen3000
- Campaign starts on 1st January 2011

Fracas
- Bic Camera Store & Yodobashi Store exclusive
- Purchase of Transformers United products for more than Yen3000
- Campaign starts on 28th December 2010

Haywire
- To be announced soon

I really hope Hasbro releases some PCC minicon packs to stores. Though if they're gang molded with the larger commanders, that's probably unlikely.

I am a bit dissapointed they could of done a better job on them like use the Side arm mold Fansproject are making a Targetmaster Firebolt surely they could make a Recoil and Haywire pluss the Reveal the Shield Scourge is coming with a Targetmaster so whats the point on making a Fracus figure that is just a repaint off Chainclaw from the Powercore line.

Scourge does NOT come with Fracus.

Only interested in Fracas...possibly Recoil, but not Haywire. Not to impress with his Targetmaster mode. Besides, my Blurr is already armed to the teeth.

Oh oh, I know what these are. These are this years Takara exclusive Mini-Cons that are insanely limited, and only available on one day of the year in 3 different shops in 3 different parts of the country. You know the ones that go for like 150 the following day.

To any one in Japan whom I have not yet offended in one form or another,

Please hook a brother up with these Mini-cons (and some of those flavored Kit-kats too). Be careful that the package weighs less than a pound (or your government may think it's a bomb) and don't tell anyone that I require tiny robot guns.

I love the idea, but for what it would end up costing me to get them I would prefer to just buy the respective PPC two-packs these guys originate from and repaint them myself. They would be easy repaints even for an amateur.

I was under the impression that it was the US government that has put weight restrictions on parcels coming from Japan, after the discovery of that device found on an IPS flight that was set to go off over the States.

Getting back to topic, I was initially quite excited about these figures. Now I realise how much trouble they're going to be to get my hands on, I say "balls" to them. They're not all that good anyway. Might just get an additional three Sidearms and do a few custom jobs.

mini-cons have to be one of the most divisive classes, it seems... you either lov'em or hate'em... i'm a sucker for them, even though i admit they've got some of the doofiest-damned-forms i've seen :-)
