Earlier this week the Transformers Cybertron Target Exclusive Endcap items started to hit shelves. Now so have the Target Universe Exclusives. Most reports of people buying them were using the DPCI number. Now there are reports of people finding them on store shelves. This is not the case at every Target store. So before you waste gas racing around town it may be best to call ahead.
