In tandem with CCXP Mexico 2026, GameRant website has posted official images of the new SS86 releases of Cliffjumper, Cyclonus and Blitzwing.

Of note Cyclonus appears to have a new face sculpt, while Blitzwing's big red hands are now cast in opaque purple. They all have decos closer to the 86 film.

We also have in hand images of Blitzwing from Ebay listings.

I wonder if Reprolabels could cover up a bit of that unpaintable light grey plastic, or Cliff's arms would just rub it off.

Regardless, I never thought we'd get a cartoon-accurate car mode Cliffjumper even this good.

I feel a bit disappointed in the new Cliffjumper because of the plastic layouts. It's really frustrating that the Buzzworthy Bumblebee recolor of the Earthrise mold was able to get the correct color layout, but the SS Bumblebee retool ended up with reversed leg/crotch colors and a shoulder assembly that results in an unsightly gray piece on the side of the alt mode. It's going to be a tough sell for me.
