Transformers Universe Non-Repaint Energon Basics?

Hot on the heels of Universe Snowcat and Downshift TFormers.com have come across a few images of Transformers Energon Omibots Arcee, Energon Strongarm, Doom-lock, and Windrazor in Energon style (not the Cybertron style we have seen with Snowcat and Downshift) packaging but under the Transformers Universe banner. What is interesting is it appear unlike previous Universe releases they haven't been repainted, but simply repackaged. See the images here and make you own mind up.

UPDATE: Kickback of TFW2005.com has this to say on the subject:

These are intended for the small retail chain markets, like Big Lots, Dollar General, Family Dollar, etc. This is a new venture for Hasbro as they have never marketed Transformers to these types of stores. These figures will be relatively cheap in price, a good way to pick up some extra figures if you need them.

It would seem these are genuine, but we are yet to hear any official word on the subject from Hasbro or any reliable sources. See the original thread here at TFW2005.com
