Trumpeter Reveals Transformers Bumblebee Movie Model Kits With Optimus Prime, Shatter, Soundwave

An interesting new project has popped up on the Transformers radar: new non-transformable Transformers Bumblebee movie model kits from Trumpeter. These images were posted by Capcomkai on Instagram. There's no current information on price or release but word is they will be rather small, in the range of a Legends class up to a small deluxe class (10-15cm). These images are of what appear to be unpainted prototypes but still show off some articulation and a good amount of detail. Of most interest is the depiction of Shatter in robot mode after she scanned the revved up roadster in the movie. The current roster appears to include Bumblebee, Blitzwing, Soundwave, car scan Shatter, and Optimus Prime. I need to see some paint or more details. There’s so many takes on the BB designs already I was surprised to see another company doing a take on them. They’ve got some heavyweights to contend with.

The jet kibble is missing, so this must be her initial design upon landing, not her Triple-Changing body.
