Video Review and Sighting for Walmart Exclusive Deluxe Cybertread and Cybertronic

The new Walmart exclusive Transformers voyagers have been found in US Walmarts. These are all redecos of Siege Megatron and Optimus Prime in clear plastic. While Optimus is the same mold as before, Megatron is a new package release never done before. It uses the Miner Megatron retooling and new accessories while also having the Siege accessories without the blades attached to the cannon. Which means that both the Drill Tank alt mode and more conventional Tank alt mode can be achieved in the same toy, providing excellent value. However, the instructions do not show how to make it a standard tank, which is what is shown on the box, so the review below can help you out with that. Let us know if you found them.

Only found Optimus today.
The Tron-esque panel lines are so clean. He looks better out of the box.
I could not wait to pair him with the matching spear.

Question, did I misunderstand the early reports or is it a surprise that the wheel joints on Tailgate are locked?

Thanks for posting those pics! I was kind of hoping they'd glow super bright. Would you quantify it as bright, or tepid?

If you are looking for a figure to pop in a black light environment, this is not it, outside the actual paint apps.

Disappointing, but not entirely unexpected. Most figures that LOOK like they should glow brightly wind up looking dull under black light. Oddly enough, Thundercracker glows pretty well, and almost any figure that uses white plastic does as well. I remember the Siege Rainmakers Acid Storm did as well.
