According to payload, the Walmart he went to keeps a bin of deluxes near the register and they randomly give you one. It has not been confirmed from any other part of the country yet, but it is worth investigating when deciding on which store you want to get your copy from.
If anyone else gets this "freebie", please let us know.

yeah as i said i don't know if this is everywhere, but it is going on at my walmart. So who knows.

i check 3 walmarts in Central California and they have no clue what any of this is about.
My wife works at one and they are definately NOT doing this, so I bought mine there.

How come he got the movie and I didn't? Oh, wait...wasn't looking because it wasn't supposed to be out for another day when I was there. I wanna look into this though. I'm willing to be it's because after the "drought" a lot of the older figures (like Brawl and Wreckage) are now shelf-warming. I wouldn't mind a free figure with my movie, though, if it's not something I already have. Since I should be going into town tomorrow anyway, I think I'll look into it.

That would require my Wal-Mart to actually RE-STOCK the Transformers toys. What part of Ohio did you find this in? I didn't see any kind of bins in the Findlay stores last night
