It's still there, So I guess I'm getting him for free, since they reversed the paypal funds.

They should have only put a temporary hold on the funds to make sure they were there, so the hold being released is no surprise. They charge you when the item ships so that's when it'll be fully deducted from your account. I wouldn't worry as long as you haven't heard about a cancelation and it's still listed in your account on their site, you should be good.

That's the thing, there was a temp hold for -109.95.
Then yesterday, it refunded me the 109.95, and now shows the paid balance at 0$.

whatever, as long as I get my MP Prime, otherwise I'll have my boot so far up TRU's ass it will be making leather bound MP Prime.

If I remember right, that's what their order form said they would do. I seem to recall them saying it would appear as if they charged your account but in reality they weren't and after a few days the supposed charge would vanish and not appear again until the item was shipped.

That might be what you noticed happen.

You nearly gave me a heart attack when I first saw the message though. Lol. I can rest a little more easily now. Haha.

alright so i go onto my toys r us account and check order status/tracking and it says no order has been made but i still having a pending transaction on my credit card what’s going on?

i called up and the customer service woman said everything’s fine nothing to worry about. The reason there is nothing in my order tracking is because there’s no tracking number and she said once it has shipped it should appear

UPS but then handed off to USPS for delivery, once it's in town, if I remember right. Last time I ordered from there, it was MP Grimlock though

It did say something along the lines of "expected ship date 10/15", so I wouldn't start panicking just yet.

what sucks is that I saw two at my local TRU last week (probably the only two they'll get :-(

) and while I did pick them up, they were for two other TF collector's that i work with that had missed out on the TRU.com sale...I kinda wished I had held on to at least one of them until I got my order from TRU.com :BANG_HEAD:

We're receiving several reports of Toys R Us's website not honoring their preorder of MP-10 Masterpiece Optimus Prime V.2. (As reported here.)

Posts from users on TFW have made the same complaints as well, stating that customer service tells them the item is backordered, or hasn't come in stock yet and their shipping date has been adjusted, and now they're telling people they won't be able to fulfill the outstanding preorders since they're not expected to receive their stock of the figure. At all.

Customer cards have been charged a holding fee in the amount of the figure plus tax and shipping and have been in limbo for weeks since the now defunct order page went up. At this point, the only option is to cancel your preorder and find it through TRU's brick and mortar stores.

We're sorry to be the bearer of bad news, we were hoping everyone would get an easier chance to enjoy this figure, but sadly it's not in the cards, apparently. If anything changes, we will keep you updated.
